The best option for 3M littmann Master Cardiology 🫀
I struggled for a couple years attempting to find different holsters. I went through three different stethoscope holders for my Master Cardiology 3M Littmann. And They didn’t work or it because too stuck because of the wide diameter- it did not fit into a leather holder with a clip or a smaller plastic holder. But this one is absolutely perfect, and holds the sides well.

simple, works, durable
My Littmann Cardiology III was giving me a neck cramp, so I bought this to hook it onto my pants (I wear scrubs, and/or belted men's pants). As shown in the picture, you have to squeeze the earpieces together so that they criss-cross in order to put the earpieces in; and then you put the diaphragm in. It works great; the only issue I have is that it sometimes my stethoscope gets caught on something when I sit down, but how often do I get to sit down anyway? (When I do get to sit down, I tend to like to unhook it from my belt; it's easy enough to hook/unhook anyway.)It's simple yet well-constructed -- the plastic is hard but just flexible enough for its clipping functionality, and so far it's withstood 6 months of hard daily use. The clip isn't the most secure clip in the world -- as in, I would hesitate to recommend it for street use -- but for use in the hospital on scrub pants or on belted pants, it's totally fine.

Prestige=ADC
I read mixed reviews between the Prestige and ADC versions of the clip, so I got both. Turns out they are the exact same product just packaged by separate companies. Thus, you should go with whichever you want based on the price or color of your choice. I find this very helpful when at the hospital and not wanting to have extra weight around my shoulders. It's also nice to carry with you to the OR instead of leaving it hanging around to be stolen. It occasionally slips out of the holster, but no more than when it slips/falls when hanging around my neck. This is a good product for the cheap cost and makes good cheap gifts to fellow medical peers. Good luck!

Learning curve and unsecured
So, this holds your stethoscope fine, unless you brush against something ever so slightly then it pushes it up and half of it falls out of the clip. Clip also doesn't secure very well to scrubs so if you lift to rough it'll come unhooked. In addition to that, you have to put it in and take it out in a particular way so it goes smoothly. This may take some time gauging how hard you need to squeeze it to fit it. I guess it is better than carrying it around your neck all day. Also, I do have a peds and adult Littman stethoscope, which I would assume would fit in a Littman holder

Not durable
I was really disappointed with the Prestige Medical Stethoscope Holder. I had high hopes for this product to help me keep my stethoscope secure and easily accessible during my shifts, but it fell short on almost every front.First off, the holder feels cheap and flimsy. The plastic material does not seem durable, and it barely held my stethoscope in place. I found myself constantly adjusting it because the stethoscope would slip out, which is both annoying and inconvenient when you’re on the go.The clip that attaches to your belt or waistband is not very strong. It kept shifting around, and at one point, it even fell off when I bent down. This is a huge problem, especially in a busy healthcare setting where I need my tools to stay secure.Another issue is the size. It’s not versatile enough to hold different styles or brands of stethoscopes comfortably. My stethoscope felt crammed in there, and it was difficult to get it in and out quickly when I needed it.Overall, I cannot recommend the Prestige Medical Stethoscope Holder. It’s not reliable, and it doesn’t provide the convenience it promises. Save your money and invest in a higher-quality holder that will actually make your workday easier.

This product changes everything
My stethoscope is digital and heavy on one side, so when I where it on my neck it wants to fall off all day long. I bought this and it works great, after I started wearing this I've come to learn that I never really liked wearing my stethoscope around my neck anyways. When I show up to school or work every one asks me where my stethoscope is as if they are trying to call me out for being forgetful, this I'm able to pick up my shirt and point and be like wapow! There it is. They origally sent me the wrong product but when I contacted the seller he quickly apologized and sent me the correct item at no extra charge. I even got to keep the original item, great seller quality product. I would recommend this to anyone who works in the medical field.

I think mine was broken
I am in nursing school and a few of my classmates have stethoscope holsters instead of wearing it around their neck so I was interested. I ordered this one and I think the clip part that is supposed to slide onto the waistband is bent because I could not get it on. I had to use both hands to pry it open to make the opening wide enough to fit on my waistband but then with both hands occupied, I wasn’t able to actually slide it on. Because of this, I never got to actually use it during clinicals and because I procrastinate at everything, I waited too long to return it or else I would have.

Convenient Product
I'm a Firefighter/EMT and often ride the ambulance for my 24 hour shifts. Previously, I had been storing my ears in the door pocket, on the dash, in my pants pocket, etc. but was kind of concerned about losing them or damaging them. I was looking for something inexpensive like this that I could clip on the ambulance to easily access my ears but keep them out of the way and safe. So far, this product has been great for that. It is only plastic, but it is fairly thick, so I don't know how long it will last (months?), but for a couple bucks it's a good solution. It would not be practical in EMS to have everything dangle from this if it were clipped on a belt, but maybe in a clinical environment it would be a different story.
