Good built and looks like it will last a while
I bought these for the purpose of developing upper body strength in swimming and correcting my catch. It does the purpose, perfectly fits my hands and enjoys doing drills with it.

Las paletas están geniales, totalmente recomendables! el material es muy bueno, resistente y el color verde está increíble, yo las pedí talla L pq mi objetivo es crear mas fuerza en mi tren superior y wow, la vdd podría decir que si están mas "pesadas" que otras que he utilizado en mis entrenamientos, se requiere mas esfuerzo en cada brazada que con otras mas pequeñas, como tip, si recomendaría verificar la tabla de medidas para no errar al momento de hacer su pedido.

Ottimo prodotto per allenamento agonistico Le palette sono ampie e robuste e gli elastici si possono fissare tranquillamente nei buchi senza doverli bloccare con nodi o altro; non serve nemmeno rpassarli verso l’alto in quanto sono stabili ed il polso ed il dito medio restano ben saldi alla paletta. Io ho preso una L che e’ perfetta per la mano di un uomo adulto, per le donne ed i bambini consiglio di acquistare almeno una taglia piu’ piccola
