I’m very satisfied why this computer. It works very well and respond to my needs.

Extremely well pleased with this purchase. Computer looks nearly like new and works perfectly.But let me give you all a lesson. At first I thought it did not work as there was no video so I called Amazon to talk to someone about it. They immediately forwarded me to someone who was supposedly going to help me. However I had to crawl under my desk to get a number off the computer for them. Since I was under the desk with a flashlight and the phone it was not possible to write down the long number. Then that operator forwarded me to another person and this operation was repeated five times with a wait on the line for someone to talk to me each time. Finally... the last person advised me that the computer had originally belonged to the U.S. Government and was now out of warranty so I would have to go online and fill out a form to get the warranty transferred to me in order to get help. At that point I simply hung up. Then I called back to Amazon again and got a different operator. When I told her of my problem she almost immediately told me that another one would be shipped out to me and I would have it in two days. I did get it in two days as promised.But when I hooked it up I immediately saw that it had do video either. Then I realized that it must be a problem with my hookup. I had changed out the video cable to the monitor as well as trying several other things on the first computer, all with no success so I was now really stumped. As I sat there looking at the installation I spotted the video adapter that converted the Dell Display Port to the HDMI cable and decided that must be the culprit. I had ordered that adapter along with the first computer so it was new and I didn't have another one and couldn't get one locally. So I ordered a new cable with a Display Port fitting on one end and a HTMI connector on the other. Again that came from Amazon in two days. I immediately switched the first computer back into the installation and used the new cable for the video connection. The computer immediately showed video and I felt like a dunce. But the original adapter was new and it never occurred to me that it might be bad. Lesson learned. I had built five computers over the years and worked on many more and never before had a new part fail right out of the box. Again... lesson learned. Now I am in the position of having to return a perfectly functioning computer. So now I will gladly pay for the shipping of that second computer both ways, if possible. In two more weeks I'll be 88 so I don't expect to have to buy another computer in my life. Perhaps I can take this one with me.

Arrived quickly .Had to buy a Wi-Fi dongle .Pretty sure the description said it had a wi fi card.Maybe I misread.Also , no HDMI.Again , my bad for not double checking .All in all , a decent price for a fast enough machine that we use for a small business.
