My wife and I like to go for walks but my lower back and hips were getting more painful to the point I was getting frustrated. I can still feel the pressure of my hips but they're not painful since using these insoles. I like them so much I ordered 6 more pairs for many of my other shoes as I am feeling invigorated to walk more now.

These insoles are much better than the insoles that came with my boots. No more tired, achy feet after just a couple of hours of wearing my boots. I recommend these reasonably priced insoles to anyone.

I have high arches and have tried just about every insole there is looking for a way to help my feet not ache at the end of the day. These aren't especially for arches, but my holy grail is finding insoles with a bit of arch support and nice squishy bottoms. Alas, these are reasonably squishy, but they take up a lot of room in the shoe and don't support as much as I need.

Good support. Comfortable. Stopped pain I previously had from walking the golf course.

Not what I expected. Making feet hurt more. Maybe more arch support than I need because that is what hurts the most. Low back doesn’t fatigue as fast or as much now though. So it works. If you have flat feet I would choose something else though
