After looking around extensively at a LOT of different fiber supplements, this was the one I found that contained the most fiber with the least amount of carbs and sugar. Most of the other brands I found had very minimal fiber per serving (like less than 3g), plus they had lots of sugar, especially if in gummy form or as a drink mix. These gummies taste great too. I take 2 gummies 2x a day for a total of 10g fiber and 2g net carbs to meet the fiber requirements my gastro suggested. They’ve helped my digestion a lot

I think I want to do more research on the effects of chickory. :)

They taste good so are easy to take, are affordable. Bought them as a fiber supplement, they work great!

Everyone could use a bit more fiber in their diet, but it's super difficult to get it in there naturally because fibrous foods are gross and even "high fiber foods" don't have that much in a single serving or any reasonable amount you might eat in a day. SO I have loved adding these to my routine as they are pretty delicious and have the highest fiber content I could find in a gummy (metamucil did not work for me). 2 gummies=5 grams. So if you only need a little boost to get to the recommend 25 g for women or 36 g for men then one serving is good, but I have tried to take 2 in the morning and 2 at night and it's really done wonders for my and my husband's bathroom habits.
