My other collagen powder provides 10.000mg per dose!!! and similar products( tablets ) are usually around 3.000mg or more.So this should not be branded a Collagen supplement at all, but rather a Vitamin supplement with added collagen...💲Not good considering the high price of the supplement, and I would not recommend wasting your money, as the amount of Collagen per dose is a fraction of what you should be taking.
