This Superfood Fruits and Vegetables Supplement has been a great addition to my daily routine. I honestly feel I have more energy since taking Super Fruits and Super Veggies. This was my third order.

Came in early seems to be a good product. Haven’t used it long enough to tell any benefits. No side effects.

I've ordered these several times. Do they help? I don't know. It's hard to say that eating fruits or vegetables dehydrated in a capsule is measurable on how I "feel". But I do know I don't eat enough F&V as they are so expensive, so I hope they are helping me nutritionally. What I don't like, is that whoever, or whatever counts them can't count. Product is always short in the bottles. I shouldn't need another 4 month supply until the end of the month, but 2 weeks early I am out, and I don't even take them every day as at least a couple times a month I forget (I buy the 360 ct size). So even though they are a fair price, I have never got the full count of what is supposed to be in the bottle and quite get what I am paying for.
