Great suit for the money. I usually wear an XL, but went with the 2XL. I'm 6'2", was 221lbs; BMI 28.2 (now down to 192lbs with a BMI of 19.2); it fits perfectly. I suggest wearing light spandex and a dry-fit shirt underneath. This is not a suit for stretching or doing things like lunges, etc. The interior sticks to bare skin; you will absolutely tear it. If you want to stretch and get a good sweat, wear winter spandex and a running shirt. Make sure to stay hydrated as you will sweat profusely. I usually drink organic coconut water while I workout using this suit. It's much better than water or sports drinks. I have no complaints; it's well-made and works as advertised. Would highly recommend.

This product is amazing it does exactly what it's supposed to do make you sweat and helps burn water weight and cuts weight overall just buy a size bigger for comfortability and movement for when working out in it but very effective and comfortable and durable will buy again

So far so good. Works well.I’m 6’, 216 lbs and bought the XL and it’s damn near perfect fit. Little snug in the shoulders but I can fit over the ear head phones in the hood, I can also wear a thick crew neck sweat shit under the top and have some room for play.

This is one of the best sauna suits I ever purchased, the only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because the sizes are way off the mark from their description. What ever size your are you have to go up 1 size. But I am happy with the durability and performance of these items.

Ordered a XL for my husband and it was way too small but that is his normal size. He ended up ordering a 3x when he is no where near this size and it fit.
