These Lecardio resistance bands are awesome! They are super durable (no breaking or snapping like the latex kind). There's 5 different "strengths" and each a different color. A handy carrying bag comes with it. I love the chart with SO many different resistance exercises. Since Covid, I've become more interested in working out at home. These will come in handy. I envision not only using them at home, but also at a park or outside, and definitely when traveling. There's exercises for standing, sitting, and attaching the straps to a pole.
