It dries in matte and keeps shine away all day even in warm weather, and I’ve never had any issues with breakouts. You only need the tiniest bit to cover your whole face, it goes on nicely and goes matte very quickly, it smells like most suncream but doesn't feel like one at all! I have dry skin, the cream was just a bit oily but it didn't bother me. It doesn't leave white marks and it's absorbed quickly. It goes on nicely, has a matt finish and dries quickly. I leave it to 'settle' for a minute (don't know if you have to but I always do) and then apply my usual foundation. It's not made my makeup melt or slide during the day (but it's only March) and I've not experienced any breakout (which is always a bonus when putting layers on face). Due to pigmentation on my face (cheeks), I need as high as factor as possible and I'm always disappointed that cosmetic manufacturers only tend to use low SPF.
