Firstly, let me start by saying I don’t leave a review as soon as I receive my item. I want to make sure of it’s described use & that it doesn’t give up after a few uses! Secondly, I’ve had a few of these, well known brands & ones I’ve never heard of! I’ve had this handheld for about a month now. Upon receiving, it came in a plain brown box with a sticker label on & my first thought was ‘Oh dear, this could be 50/50!’!! Upon opening, the way it’s packaged is really done well! Everything has its own little place with cardboard housing around/in between it. Nothing to jiggle about in transit which is always reassuring. There’s even a black drawstring storage bag included. I took everything out and I did read the instructions as these handhelds do essentially all do the same thing but mostly operate differently. For example, this ones on/off button, to turn on, you have to press and hold for a few seconds & then it makes like a little device ‘ding’ noise & immediately starts working. I did put it straight onto charge as advised in the instructions. It did fully charge quicker than the instructions said though which was nice as I really wanted to try it out!! Charging was easy, my flat is minute so I’ve chosen to charge with the handheld on its side, as oppose to using the holder/storage that can be screwed to a wall & also have the charger lead go through it. I feel I need to put a little warning here!! ⛔️ If like me you want to remove the charger from the wall storage & not use the storage, please DON’T try to just pull the charger lead out!!! It won’t budge and your more likely to break the charger! You have to slide it away from the hole a little and then turn it a bit, THEN it will come straight out, no problem! I’m guessing its housed in the wall storage like this, so when its screwed to the wall, the charger lead doesn’t fall out when you remove the handheld. Nice thoughtful little touch I think.👍🏻 When I turned it on, it sounded pretty powerful! However, sometimes quite a bit of noise can mean a not so good device. NOT in this case I am happy to say. I didn’t put either of the attachments on as I wanted to see how well(or not) it worked. So I tried some of the laminate in my kitchen and my bathroom, perfect!!😃 Then I tried it on my huge rug in the living area. I was actually now pretty impressed!! It’s suction is that good, that it lifted my rug!! Not an easy thing to do as it’s huge and not exactly lightweight. Everything I have used the vacuum for since, it has done with ease and…..NO loss of suction!!!👍🏻😃 I also have found it doesn’t take as long to charge as described in the instructions. I also, on average, am getting approximately 22-25 minutes use time out of each charge. In the instructions, it advises to basically take care of the filter as it can make a difference to how the handheld will perform. I like that the filter is washable, which is easy btw & it doesn’t take days to dry either. I saw in the reviews that some people are having problems removing the filter to clean. ⛔️ I must admit, for the first time it’s definitely not easy! That thing is seriously secure! I tried a couple of times for a while and some more, then I gave up, got pretty disappointed and thought ‘Thats the catch then, great little machine but can’t get the filter out!!’😬😕 I tried again a few days later but instead of trying to twist it out harder when I couldn’t get it to budge, I was more gentle with it! Basically, the plastic mesh outer part came away first and I kind of got loads of lumps of dust all over the floor! LoLz!☺️ So I put the mesh bit back on, cleaned that up, emptied the debris receptacle and tried again! This time, I twisted lightly but with a firm grip & the whole filter came out.👍🏻 I then held it over my bin and removed the mesh outer, so all the tiny dust particles went into the bin this time! I then carefully washed the mesh outer and the filter in luke warm water and left to dry. Once I reassembled the filter and used the handheld again, it was like the first time I’d used it. By that I mean strong suction & well performing. I use this pretty much daily as I have a young child & its been SO handy!! The attachment with the soft bristles round it, I’ve found invaluable for cleaning my all my fan’s mesh. Which, in this weather of late, I’ve been grateful for! Every job I’ve thrown at this handheld, it has handled it with ease!! I love it & think it’s fantastic, especially considering the price and it not being a really well know brand. It has definitely performed better than the handhelds I’ve had before that were well known(& more expensive!) brands too!! If you’re looking for a decent handheld that doesn’t lose its suction(make sure you take care of the filter!) after a few uses & isn’t super heavy, you won’t regret purchasing this! I whole heartedly recommend this handheld vacuum cleaner 100%!!!👍🏻 Apologies for the long review, I just wanted to give a true & genuine experience/opinion of the vacuum.🤗 As a side note….. This is a good little handheld hoover and I got it to keep upstairs and after looking up information on many different ones this one was my final choice as you can turn the button on and don’t have to keep your finger on it to keep it running. It remains on until you press the button again. It has got good strong suction although it doesn’t have a huge capacity hence I have only given it four stars as you do need to empty it quite frequently because the filters get bunged up quite quickly and if you want the suction to keep working, you have to empty it. This is not a problem and quite easy to do and I found it very useful to nip around the bathroom do the stair carpet and the wooden floors in the bedrooms. It runs for quite a long time before you have to plug it in again to recharge and charges quite quickly. It’s not too heavy and I would recommend it.

Great wee cordless vac for using around the kitchen area. Charge lasts well and the suction works great. Easy to clean and powerful for what I am using it for. Highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant little hoover so handy when you don’t want to take out the big one. Easy and mess free to empty. Battery lasts a good few uses before needing to be charged. Good cleaning power. Nice size and not heavy to hold.

Great vacuum, fairly light weight, quite quick to charge and easy to clean. I think good value for the money.

This is comfortable to hold and lightweight. I bought this so my daughter could clean my stairs, as I’m disabled. The suction isn’t great and only picks up after repeatedly going over the same spot but I could not afford anything else as I’m on a strict income. The stairs once a scraper to pick up pet hair was used did pick up but if you can afford to get a more expensive one I would. I’m not sure this would be ideal to clean a car!

So far so good! It’s picking everything up, easy to use and charge, lightweight, only problem I see having is the filter getting clogged up or needing to replace it (doesn’t come with spares).

Surprised by how effective this vacuum cleaner is. Perfect for cleaning around the house or in the car. Seems to hold its charge very well and has a couple of accessories for those hard to reach places. Doesn't take too long to charge. Must point out though, that if you want to take the charger out of the wall mounting, make sure you turn it first, otherwise you'll never get it out and will probably end up breaking both the charger and the mounting! This isn't explained properly in the instructions. Otherwise, a great bit of kit!

Perfect for little pick-ups or tight spaces. I like using it on window sills and the car. The emptying process is better than others I've used. When you open, the dirt doesn't accidently fall out. The filter forms a barrier. Easy to pull out the filter before emptying the dirt. Cordless feature makes it so convenient for car or house. The noise is not bothersome. Comfortable grip. I've never had a problem with it running out of power in the middle of a task. Just plug it in when finished so it is ready for the next project.

Für den Preis ein sehr guter Handstaubsauger. Sehr gute Saugkraft. Stabile Verarbeitung. Die Lautstärke ist noch akzeptabel. Leiser wird auch teurer werden. Er ist leicht und mit der Wandhalterung sehr praktisch zu entnehmen. Empfehlenswert.

This handheld vacuum has been way more useful than I expected. It’s lightweight and easy to carry around, but the suction is strong enough to actually pick up dirt, crumbs, and pet hair without going over the same spot again and again. I use it in my car, on the stairs, and for quick cleanups around the house, and it works great every time. The battery lasts long enough to finish what I need, and it charges pretty quickly too. It’s simple to use, doesn’t feel bulky, and makes quick cleaning so much easier. Definitely glad I bought this.
