Excellent product, and I love that it assists you, breaking you in gently. The wide wheel also helps with stability, and the slight slope on either side of the wheel makes it relatively easy to incorporate sideways movements too. Sturdily built, highly recommended.

Words can't describe how happy I have been with the perfect range of products, this one is no exception. Sturdy build, works better then anything they advertise on tv. Really is a joy to use such a well designed and well built product. Now they just need to design a product that keeps me motivated to work out without excuses then they will take the fitness industry by storm (if they haven't already) :)

Had an ab wheel before and found that .you arms gave out way quicker than my core. The spring with this makes it a bit easier on the arms when coming back up to a neutral position. My abs feel way more worked than with a normal ab wheel. Would recommend to anyone who wants to start using an ab wheel

Its OK, would have preferred it without the spring back. Feels like it is doing some of the exercise for me.

This is a huge improvement on typical roll out apparatus. Stability and versatility coupled with the spring load enhance the usability. This is a solid piece of kit that will give excellent results quickly (if you use it correctly. Assembly is simple, alternative exercises would be beneficial yet are not included. Raising your knees off the ground will make using the kit harder and give more of a workout.

Fab abs roller. Its not easy but it really works your entire core and upper body. Its sturdy and well worth the money. Fast delivery by this seller.
