Color Oops Hair Color Remover Extra Conditioning 1 Each

I saw this advertised on Youtube as a good way to get red colour out of the hair. It works very well, but be warned - if you're aiming for blonde, don't use bleach before...just after. And don't use a protein conditioner or mask as it makes the hair more elastic and harder to treat.It worked really well for me but took more than the recommended 3 applications. I spread them over 4 weeks so not to damage my hair too much.

This product does not come in the advertised box smells horrible and does not work applied 3 time and still no difference ! Also I paid 3 boxes plus postage total around 34£ and it said on the box when arrived value(13$)

i was seriously disappointed with this product. I followed the directions EXACTLY, sitting in my warm bathroom, showering and rinsing for about half an hour.. my hair was lighter at first, but the next morning i woke up and it was exactly the same as before. Huge waste of money.
