Love this mug ,it keeps my iced cold drinks (holds lots of ice)cold all day I love it that you can use a straw too .really pleased with this product

I love this as a mug to keep my coffee hot particularly when I’m busy. Sadly the lid is not spill proof so not ideal as a travel mug. I also love the fact it has a handle. Generally really happy with it.

Item itself seems okay but the box is in terrible condition from water damage. Someone has tried to cover the damage with white stickers. Instructions also water damaged. Wouldn’t usually mine but this is supposed to be a gift.

I adored this cup for the last 6 months, however today when I had filled up my cup with tea, the cup started making a funny cracking noise so I emptied the contents and now it rattles. When I filled with tea again now the cup is hot to the touch. I have looked after this cup like a baby since i bought it. Always handwash and it literally moves from my desk to the sink. It has never fallen to the ground. So clearly these cups of a shelf life and will not be a long term buy. For the price I expected to have this cup for years.

Where’s the straw?

Very bad quality,the coffee is leaking from the mug all the time.Never more I will buy from this brand.

I was looking forward to it arriving, but the box was in tatters and the product was broken.
