Breathe Right Original Sm/Med Nasal Strips Tan 30 count

I didn't know this kind of product existed but I started looking into solutions because I was waking my partner up with my snoring. All I can say is 'Wow'. I didn't even know I needed this kind of product but as soon as I tried it I experienced instant relief. It's really incredible to feel how clearly I can breath with this thing. I've just been using it for a week, and no snoring so far. I'll need to use it for a month to see if it is really a solution for snoring. But so far, so good. The one complaint is that I have a hard time peeling off the adhesive backing. There must be a trick to it that I haven't figured out yet. But I have to spend more time than I would like struggling with it. Update: I figured out this last point. There is a split in the adhesive in the center of the strip that makes it easily peelable.

This is a great product worth trying if you snore due to congestion which forces you to sleep w your mouth throughout the night. It solves the issue and lasted all night, even my partner has noticed a big change and improves her comfort and sleep quality. The clear color is pretty discrete. Worth a shot for the relatively low price. Size: It fit just fine, I think where you position it on your nose matters most, I aim for the middle, just above the nostrils. Try flaring your nose as you place it to hold that position with the strip

I picked up these Nasal Strips (clear, small/medium) hoping for a drug-free way to reduce nighttime congestion and snoring from my husband. Overall, they’ve been a helpful tool, but with a few caveats. On nights when my husband's allergies are mild or when he has slight congestion, they make breathing noticeably easier and I notice his snoring decreases. The clear version is also less conspicuous than the tan ones, which I appreciate for travel or when sharing a hotel room. However, mileage does vary. On nights with severe congestion from a cold or very strong allergies, the relief is much less dramatic. It’s still better than nothing, but it won’t completely eliminate snoring or fully clear your nose if the blockage is deep inside. The adhesive is gentle enough for his skin, which is a big plus. I love these. I have a deviated septum and put these on before I go to sleep and it definitely helps me breathe and sleep better. I will say it is annoying to wipe off my night cream and stuff on my nose before applying, your skin has to be entirely clean and dry before applying the strip or it absolutely will not stick. It is now my nighttime essential

3M makes the best nasal strips, but Amazon makes it difficult to realize that you’re buying the wrong size. These fall off because they’re too small, and, when they are on, they don’t function as well as the correct size would. My sleep quality is slightly improved when it stays on and worsened when it falls off in the middle of the night and sticks to my eyelid. This is an Amazon problem and not a “Breathe Right” problem.

These work so good! I couldn’t believe how much better I could breathe. They’re super sticky and they stay in place all night and don’t fall apart. It’s improved my sleep a ton. One thing is sometimes if I’ve used them a lot back to back my skin feels a little itchy from being pulled so much but that’s about all the bad I can say

Perfect size for ladies noses. Works well on my sensitive skin. Occasionally leaves a little glue on a side of my nose--remember to wipe when you remove. My allergists have me use nose sprays. They cause my nostrils to swell & make it hard to breathe especially when I lie down (saltwater spray doesn't help AND YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING IF AYR saline with aloe WOULD WORK THAT STINKS like perfume OF ALOE--making a bad deal tougher!) This counteracts any swelling or stuffiness. These are lovely & I am so happy they are made. Should be offered at same bulk discount as Large sizes for men. Amazon--that is Pink tax gouging.

Breathe Right Strips work very well especially for snoring but also for allergies and stuffed noses. They were well-received by my husband. I would purchase the larger size next time.
