I use mine at the desk and I continuously move my legs and feet. This foot stool allows me to have freedom to move about and continuously supports my feet with the tilting action which in turn enables a good blood flow to my legs. I was able to adjust the height to match the height of my chair. I spend several hours daily sitting at my desk when I am gaming.

Seems pretty good so far. I can rest my ridiculously large feet on it and it seems to do the job.

I found the foot stool works well. I am careful not to apply weight to only one side. but feels sturdy enough.

Really good for shorter people

Difficult to maintain in position, collapsing all the time, poor quality product, not functional. I was actually glad when it broke.
