Set of 4 Premium Linen Fabric Dining Chairs Scroll High Back Light Grey

I had read various reviews for these chairs but decided to try for myself as I liked the look of them. After a poor service from DPD (and a complaint to them), my chairs were delivered. I have to say for the money they cost they are a decent chair. They are extremely easy to assemble. Took 30 minutes for all 4. Yes, the craftsmanship is not top notch, but for £45 a chair you can't expect that. However once assembled they feel sturdy and are lightweight to pick up. They are firm to sit on. They do look great and look more expensive than they are. Yes, there is a noticeable white sticky residue on parts of the chairs, but nothing that is not noticeable day to day. Overall I'm satisfied with them and would recommend.

When I first got these chairs I was delighted. However after a month, one of them started to wobble and become unsafe. People would sit on it have hear the wood crack under them and it would wobble. We brought four so at this point could only use three out of the four we brought. Shortly after another became unusable with the same issue. I contacted the seller and the nightmare began. The seller would not allow for a return and instead only offered to replace parts. I explained sending parts would not fix the issue that they are cheap quality. They even suggested it was my fault they broke by dragging the chairs but this was not the case. Over the course of a further 30days the seller was very unhelpful and refused to compromise. The other 2 chairs also started to show how cheap and unsafe they were. I spoke to amazon and returned the items. The seller sent the chairs back to me TWICE and refused a refund. It was hell! Finally amazon took over and it was resolved. My recommendation would be to pay more and buy better quality chairs.

I ordered 4 of these chairs. Delivery was excellent.Would have been easy to assemble if all the bits had been included - missing a couple of O-rings.Once assembled (using proper tools) the four chairs looked beautiful, but very light weight and not sturdy at all.The legs were flimsy, so much so that the back legs on one chair buckled, making it unsafe to use. Now, after a few weeks the others have become very rickety - to the point that no one feels safe sitting on them!Total waste of money!!!

They look nice except for the wooden legs which look more like poor quality golden pine than oak, and nothing like the other oak furniture items in my lounge diner.

Arrived within a couple of days and found easy to assemble giving good looking comfortable chairs. Unfortunately the fabric felt damp and left a sticky deposit on the hands which wore off fairly quickly when not washed. This situation still exists after a month of use but has diminished in intensity.Is this some sort of treatment to make flame resistant?We still live in hope that all will eventually dry out, at which time we will be 100% satisfied.
