Sound quality, functionality,build quality

Was a little hesitant because of the price, but been using them with my Arya Organics. Sound is great and the cord is tangle free, no microphones, and seem to be sturdy. Would buy again.

Good length, quality is a mixed bag though. The connectors are ever so slightly shorter than a normal 3.5mm so they don't work in a lot of standard headphones taking dual 3.5mm. I was looking forward to using these on my monolith m1070 because the length would let me sit further away from my amp, but they are useless because these jacks. We are talking like less than a mm. The only headphones they worked on were my JT1's and even then when you touched them you could feel they were barely being held in. If I didn't have to drive an hour to be able to return them I would.

I have been frustrated by so many cables that tangle and if you touch the cable or the cables touches your clothing you can hear it as the cables are very microphonic and transmit noise to the headphones. The solution is this cable, it does not tangle, it does not transmit noise to the headphones, I can use it on all my HIFIMAN Headphones ( Sundara, Ananda stealth, Sundara closed back, and He400se) with zero noise. I bought the 6 ft and the 8.5 ft with Pentacon 4.4mm plug and they are both excellent. Great value, great Quality and Great Performance! They are soft and maleable and beautifully built.

I am not going to delve deeply into sound quality because that is such a subjective thing dependent on equipment and music source. But What I can say is that they do fit my pair of Hifiman HE400i headphones. The actual plugs feel solid. They are metal and weighty. The cable comes in a plastic case with a nice carrying pouch which is a nice touch. The cable comes with a fake leather snap for organization which is nice. The cable is braided securely but does feel a little too plastic for my liking. But this is not a premium cable that comes at a premium price. I did try to use these with my FiiO K3 DAC streaming Amazon Music in Ultra HD. The cable did not work with this DAC because it has a 2.5 mm balanced input. This cable is. 4.4. This was an oversight on my part but something to be aware of. I did find another setup and it sounded fine. There was no added noise and my signal was clear as it should be with balanced. Yes, there are likely marginal gains with a more expensive product but this seems like a good budget/audiophile entry product. Or if you need to get your Hifiman cans set up with a balanced input for a more affordable price

Fantastic balanced cable,well constructed sounds great and is nice and long.

Update: This is an update to the review as the seller has reached out to me directly after my review. They did not ask me to do this update. After my review they reached out and offered a full refund so I didn't have to worry about packaging or shipping. I've modified the rating based on the fact I wish more companies would get back into the mentailty of making things right if something is wrong. Great customer service from them. Lasted about 1 month exactly before a short in the left connection went out. Had to wiggle the actual wire not the connector to get it to kick back on. VERY cheaply made. However, the sound quality/profile was good, the actual connections to both the headphones (HiFiMan Stealths) and my FiiO K9 DAC were nice and secure. That is the only reason for the 2 stars. I did try to return them but didn't have the packaging anymore and for the cost wasn't worth the time to reach out to seller/amazon. You get what you pay for.

Though shorter than expected, it helped me move my headphones to a safer spot, thus it's been a welcome feature.

I have the XLR version which I love. Bought this one so it is more versatile. I'm sure that the sound is the same, but this one is not as well designed as the XLR (e.g. the bit that set the cable length on each side of the headphones keep sliding down). 4 stars only for that.

It seemed like a good cable, a longer option to my headphones. Worked good do a few days, but now I got back contact in one of the sides. So I can’t move while listening. Not satisfied with the purchase, would return it but bought while on vacation overseas, so I’m stucked with a non working cable now.

Good quality cable, well made. Well worth the price.

Product worked fine than began to pick up bad noise and left channel stopped work. Switched back to the factory cables and no issues. Product is a little flimsy and I think a bend or kink in the cable caused a break.
