I'm so happy I placed this order for ForestLeaf Advanced Collagen. The difference was like night and day from the one I was using.I was taking a different collagen and Vitamin c tablet that I got at WM. It was huge with a sharp edge completely around the "tablet" It was like swallowing a tablet all right - more like an Amazon Fire tablet ! I had a couple of times I was afraid I couldn't dislodge them and even tried breaking them, but it was like rock and you could get and even sharper edge if you broke them! Those terrible things cost 3 dollars more than this one and they didn't offer the Hylaronic acid that the FORESTLEAF brand offers.I can tell you that ForestLeaf brand Advanced Collagen was a completely different supplement in terms of results. One bit of information that won't concern you unless you color your hair, Expect to color more often because this WILL very likely make your hair grow faster. Mine grew quite a bit faster. Even taking just 2 capsules a day. My facial skin became more supple and clearer and my fingernails stopped splitting every time I washed dishes or delicates. I have had Knee Replacement ×2 with one in 2003 and another in 2007 and my knees ALWAYS hurt. I don't know how but after about 4 days of taking these Advanced Collagen capsules the stiffness in BOTH Knees went away and I was able to continue movement and not have the "catching" or clicking sensation in my knees slowing me down when I move in different positions. It literally feels like gravel in your knee joint and sometime will stop the motion of my knee like throwing a boulder in front of your car tire. There were also days that these were able to reduce the amount of pain medication I use. That IS a big deal to me because after 17 years on pain meds, antiinflammatories and gabapentin, I just want to have freedom from those things. This actually gives me that freedom once in a while. Ice been taking collagen and HA for YEARS and never has it done so much than this brand has. My point is, just because a bottle SAYS it has the ingredients you are looking for doesn't mean it's going to work like you hope. I obtained zero benefits from the more expensive collagen I took. With Forest Leaf brand you not only get the QUALITY INGREDIENTS you need, YOU GET RESULTS. Without results you might as well just tear your money into little squares and swallow it with a glass of water each day.I think you'll like ForestLeaf for it's quality, it's quantity, and it's quick results.Hope this helps.

My friend suggested me to try this, as this may give supple, smooth skin potentially due to its combination of collagens and hyaluronic acid. She has been consuming 3 bottles so far. I am keeping faith that this works for me too

**UPDATE, these collagen pills actually taste awful! Even the short time it takes to swallow them they have a strong taste. They have definitely helped with joint pain so much that I recommended them to my mom and dad and they both take them now but the taste is foul to me. Will still purchase because of reason listed below but be prepared.**I just switched to this brand of collagen because I was taking a different kind and I had a reaction to the marine collagen (didn’t know I was allergic to shellfish, just found out when taking it).I just took the first pill, they do have a bit of a taste to them but were easy to swallow. No weird smell, and it’s a large bottle for the price. I’m taking for joint pain so here’s hoping it helps!

I've been taking two capsules a day for exactly five months. And gradually I've begun to see that my skin, hair and nails have all improved as I'd hoped, but frankly did not expect. My skin is definitely plumper and less dry, especially in my face; and it definitely appears that my facial fat loss after (weight loss) has been somewhat mitigated. My nails are much improved, too. The tips are bright white now, and the vertical ridges are gone. Gone! I don't have to pile on hand cream constantly in these colder months when my nails used to be dry, brittle and always chipped. My hair seems to be growing faster, but I cannot really quantify that yet. And so have my eyebrows grown in from a very unfortunate teenage plucking spree...thin eyebrows were cool back then before Brooke Shields ;) It's too soon to see if my fine, somewhat over-processed hair is any thicker or will be more manageable. But the super big surprise was that my lower back (sacroiliac) which has been the source of a sporadic dull, local ache after a car accident over forty years ago (!) has vanished! Again, GONE! There is nothing else to explain it. I had learned to live with it. And while it wasn't really painful, just an occasional annoying twinge of discomfort sitting standing or moving, it's really gone. There is nothing else new in my supplements nor any dietary changes or physical activity to explain it. I also think the hyaluronic acid is a super plus; it was one of the main reasons I chose Forest Leaf over others to try out. I'm very pleased that collagen can be so positively effective in so many ways with just two caps a day. And I'm extremely pleased that I have experienced so much benefit from it. I highly recommend this product from Forest Leaf...and I (almost) NEVER recommend any product in a public forum. Yet cheers to Forest Leaf!

These pills are easy to take and they really work. My nails are healthy and getting stronger and longer and my hair is getting very healthy

UPDATE 2/28/25: The seller reached out to offer a full refund, which I accepted. Grateful for the good customer service.Started taking this on 2/13 and within a couple of days it caused severe constipation. I tried reducing the dose to 1 capsule but that didn't help.I bought it to help relieve joint pain. I don't know how long it takes to help that but I didn't notice any improvement.

use this every day! Since I started using collagen supplements I've noticed my joints don't seem to bother me as much and my skin looks better/less wrinkly. My fingernails, toenails, and hair seem to grow pretty fast, I'm a senior and every little bit helps! Dissolves OK but does require double checking before drinking. (I've had collagen that's like having sand in my teeth at the end of my coffee. ick! This one does not have grittiness to it that I've noticed.)

I've been taking this collagen for a few months. It's actually making my hair thicker.
