Good item very much needed

Okay so I bought this after reading the reviews. I was new to owning a spa once I figured out the pH levels weren't reading because it needed to be shocked. Everything's working great. I think the value for the money was perfect for me to start up my Jacuzzi. I like that the chemical content is not as high as chlorine seemed easy and doesn't make a huge mess.

I bought the set due to getting an inflatable hot tub in August for my birthday. It was so easy to use and almost had everything you needed to get started. The kit does run out fast just due to the amount of chemicals it takes to set the hot tub up. However, maintaining it, you don't need as many bottles or chemicals. For example, the ph increaser I don't really have to use too much and have found that the ph decreaser I utilize a lot more. Overall, it's a great kit for the money that comes with everything that you should need to get your hot tub started. I also love that it's chlorine free.

Product was open. Many of the seals were already broken but didn’t seem like much content was missing. However the test strip free bromine did not work, it would never change color from white. I spent days trying to get the level up that I finally went to a local pool store to buy other strip and the levels read right on the new strips but not the ones that came with the kit. Then I brought water sample and we tested water and accessed that the strips were defective.

We bought an inflatable hot tub for Christmas and needed at water starter kit to get us up and running. We found AquaDoc bromine kit to have great reviews and we weren’t disappointed. It has been keeping our water clean and safe for over a month now with great results. We prefer the bromine instead of chlorine tablets as you don’t have the chlorine smell with bromine tablets. The test strips work well to show the chemical levels and let you know when to add more of each one. Highly recommend AquaDoc bromine kit for you hot tub application.

Good package. Be careful the bromine crystals don't clog your filter (only happened at first)

Good starter kit to get you familiarized with chemicals but you will run through the limited quantities quite fast. Not the most economical option compared with purchasing individually at a local store.
