Very disappointed with the quality
I received 3 quantities of tube lights. However, the product ordered was 36W, while the items delivered were 18W, which is not as per the order. Additionally, all the tube lights were found to be defective and not glowing at all. This is a clear case of wrong and faulty product. Very disappointed with the quality and request immediate replacement or refund.

Faulty item received dont know how to repalce it
Received not working tube light. I ordered five lights one is not working. Please let me know if there is a way to get it replaced. When I'm check the order details it will own one year warranty i don't know how to replace it now please help me

Defective Product Received
The product is defective. Out of the 4 meter length, only half of the length is having the light. The other half does not light up. The adjustable clips and screws are missing from the box. Also there is no push button as indicated in the product features. How do i return and get a replacement?
