When is not falling, it’s actually good. But it’s fall so many time so I give three stars. It’s doesn’t use much electricity, that it’s very good. Just need to make it stronger.

This product is not fit for purpose. The poles are slightly too short and the plastic joints holding the poles are flimsy. I used tape to keep the poles in place (to stop them falling out at will) but it didn't last too long.Put anything of any weight on this (jeans, jumpers, towels) and the unit immediately starts to lean, if it had not been for the tape I used I am certain the whole thing would have just collapsed! I persevered for six months but now I have just given up. Luckily, I purchased an extended warranty, giving me 4 years cover - the seller doesn't want to know after 30 days. Save your money folks, this unit is too flimsy.
