Quality radio harness.worth the money! you get what you pay for
I pretty much like everything about this radio harness it holds my radio, My Leatherman, o-pen pro, flashlight, and the zip pouch surprisingly can fit a good pit of stuff inside it. I put my Bluetooth Motorola earpiece that's for the radio inside it when I'm not using it.

the pocket is nice for writing supplies
Well l'll give it a 4. Not as well made as I expected-I really don't think it will last long if bought for hard use. At the price point it will do well for bug out or emergency use. Fits well, the pocket is nice for writing supplies, maps etc. radio pocket is small and elastic. Fits a baofeng, with extended battery(I think it was designed for that) my Yaesu and Icom are too tight- they fit but the elastic pouch causes me to struggle to pull out and put back in. GPS pouch is too snug to easily use with my Garmin map62. Flashlight pocket is tall and thin like for a maglight mini. Basically my have to take the harness off to replace equipment. If you can live with those limitations then buy it. I'm keeping it as I think I will find a use for it in the emergency kit. Meanwhile I am still looking

Perfect size for a single radio application with other slot ...
Perfect size for a single radio application with other slot open for flashlight, cell, spare battery, whatever is needed. The adjustabilty of every anchor point is why I favor this unit over the dozens of other options available. The best part of this style is that it does NOT impede the use of pockets or pen slots on shirt under the harness, and its angles still allow badges/name tags to remain visible. I will be sticking with this product and reordering annually if necessary. It holds the radio tightly, but keeps the controls in east reach at all times. I use mine for 12 hour shifts and is barely noticeable; I assumed it would make me sweat like mad between pecs, but it does not make it uncomfortable, and we do some short-term work on 100+degree decks. Top-recommendation for any other fellow Operators or Emergency Response Team members out there, great piece of gear for the money. (Beth's Husband)

Been using for almost a year.
I've been using mine for about a year. Works great to hold my Motorola radio and essentially two phones, one below the radio and the other inside the pouch. I like that it holds the radio antenna towards the left, allowing me to still get into my work rig and put my seat belt on without issue.

Won't work for a Bendix-King, otherwise, could be OK.
Okay harness for a smaller radio. It will NOT work well for a Bendix-King EPH/GPH handheld, however - the elastic pocket is too tight and the upper velcro strap goes right across the screen on the face of the radio when the battery (standard size or the clamshell) is seated in the elastic lower portion. It will work for smaller radios, however.I was a little puzzled with the auxiliary pouch on the front. It would have been a good size and configuration for the "flip-phone" cell phones we were all using some years ago, but it's the wrong shape for an iPhone and it's a tight squeeze for many of the commonly used GPS units - I tried it with a Garmin etrex and, although the unit fit, it was difficult to get in and out quickly. I've had a lot of radio harnesses - starting with those old, black cotton canvas Motorola ones - and I keep looking for the right one. Since I need to use it for a B-K handheld, this isn't it. Could be good for ski patrolling, provided you're using a radio that fits the pouch and, preferably, has the screen on the top of the radio, not on the front.

Works Great for Ski Work
I am a race coach and this harness works perfect. It fits our Motorola radios in the radio holder. There's a spot for a pen, a pouch for random paperwork and another holder which I use for gate ties. It fits easily over a ski jacket but also fits comfortably over just a hoody or t shirt on warmer days. My only complaint is that every time I take it off the straps readjust - something which does not happen on more expensive options. Even with that complaint, I'd still buy this again and recommend it to anyone who works at a ski area.

Not perfect but it will do.
I am a 5' 2' female on a search and rescue team in the mountains. I already had a Scout but rarely used it because the pockets were way too tight and and all but impossible to use even with my small Wouxun radio and Garmin 62s GPS. For summer I have pockets that attatch to my pack straps and I do not use a chest harness. Outside pockets do not work in snowy conditions while a jacket can cover a chest harness and still provide easy access. I attempted to modify my old Scout with poor results and began looking for a new harness. And looking, and looking, and looking. There are some nice harnesses out there for largeman sized chests and large radios. The only female speciific harness I found had only one pocket. I need two. Sooo, I took another look at the Scout an noted the pockets appeared a smidgen larger and of softer elastic material. As I now had no usable chest harness at all , I ordered it and crossed my fingers. The harness has the usual quality materials and workmanship expected of Coaxsher products. The pockets do seem softer. I had to take the belt clip off my radio but both it and the GPS fit without gorilla strength required to get them in the pouch ( still not an easy drop in). I would like to see sturdier wider straps and a more stabilized strapping system. With its drawbacks I consider it a three star system but added a fourth star for the smaller but highly active persons on the planet
