Good quality and value keys. I made the error of getting the correct size. However, whilst too small, they fitted and did the job easily. If these are too small a little car needs to be taken to ensure they don’t slide out. I tried them the lid lifted easily. How often will you need to use them. See my photos if in doubt.

well made, sturdy no scimping on material used

Purchased this item to lift manhole cover on drain. Avoids having to prise cover off with screwdriver/prise bar which is difficult and could result in damaged tools/cover. The only reason I gave ‘4 ****’ is that the handles are too short and a longer length handle would provide better ergonomics when lifting the cover. Still OK for me to use but people with any musculoskeletal issues may find using this product difficult

Fantastic manhole levers! Mine came in black mind you, not the pretty blue colour they advertised. Brilliant for keyhole type drain lids.

Arrived very quickly. Managed to remove man hole cover, but end lugs where slightly to small so not perfect but usable by using carefully and at an angle.

The keys fitted comfortably into the manhole cover I wanted to remove - after I had cleared the soil clogging up the key holes. They appear well made, so should give years of service.

Hintergrund dieses Kaufes waren die Überschwemmungen in unserem Wohnhaus, die in den letzten Jahren deutlich zugenommen haben. Dabei ist der Keller ausgebaut und es wohnen Menschen darin !! In 2014 gabs eine Überschwemmung und beide Kellerwohnungen unter Wasser. Mit Hilfe einer E-Pumpe und eines Feuerwehr-C-Schlauches haben wir dann den Keller leergepumpt. Das waren mehrere Stunden Arbeit. Anschließend kam der Mann von der Versicherung und hat den Schaden geschätzt. Danach kamen dann eine Firma die den Keller mit Spezialgeräten getrocknet hat. Daran anschließend kamen dann die Maler und Anstreicher und haben neu tapeziert und der Fussboden wured erneuert. Selbstverständlich war auch die Feuerwehr im Einsatz, aber, die sind am Haus nur vorbeigefahren und haben zugeguckt und aber nicht geholfen. Und vor dem Haus stand über dem besagten Gulli ein richtig kleiner See, weil die Gullis nicht regelmäßig gereinigt werden und der Dreck drin bleibt. Dann kann auch das Wasser natürlich nicht richtig ablaufen. Müßig, die Kleinigkeiten oder Feinheiten zu erzählen !! In diesem Jahr gabs also die Wiederholung !! Leider!! Und wir hatten zum Glück eine wirklich tüchtige E-Pumpe mit Flachansaugung und den Feuerwehr-C-Schlauch !! 6.000 Liter pro Stunde !! In Nullkommagarnix !! Ging wirklich schnell !! Und die Feuerwehr hat vorm Haus die Mätzchen gemacht und Zirkus aufgeführt !! Und ich habe mich geärgert !! Und weil ich gerne etwas getan hätte also jetzt die SILVERLINE Schachthaken mit denen sich der verdammte Gulli öffnen und das Wasser abfließen lässt !! Das ist immerhin besser als gar nichts !! Also: in diesem Sinne gutes Werkzeug zum kleinen Preis und empfehlenswert !!
