I absolutely love this activity book. Would buy it ten more times! I plan to order some more for gifts! So cute and fun and helpful for those days you feel like you need an escape.

Adhd brain loves this
Omg yes I LOVE this book soo much . My ADHD is soo overwhelming sometimes that this book just calms me and centers me so much . It's a must for anyone with anxiety , adhd. I think people with depression even would benefit.

Mi aspettavo qualcosa di diverso
L’ho preso convinta che fosse un libro da colorare con scritte e pensieri positivi, invece è un workbook, non posso dire che sia brutto ma nn ho tempo per scrivere e riflettere su tutte quelle cose volevo solo colorare.

A book to take you out of your mind and your phone
I have been using this book for a couple of days and I found it really amazing to work with it , so it has a lot of pages and each page has an activity which either consists of colouring space , journaling space or doodling space or all three together. This book helped me escape from scrolling and scrolling of social media and it keeps you engaged. The only disadvantage of this book is it's quite small , it could have been a little bit bigger so it would be easier to work with even on your lap.This book is really good for people who would like to journal and colour . But only for colouring it's a little boring , overall it's one of the best book you can have to keep you engaged🎉
