It support the digestive system, it’s a quality product, It is a reasonable size and it’s easy to swallow.

Great product, and the price is very affordable!

This was good at helping me digest certain food but not the best product for me. I find it gave me excess stomach acid, my partner told me he has similar issues with products that contain Betaine HCl (hydrochloric acid). I think this is obviously specific to me and anyone with issues with stomach acid or gerd - I get excess stomach acid when I have a reaction to food or drink. I mainly have issues digesting fat, dairy and gluten, which this has helped with but just had some unhelpful side effects. I can see that this is a good product but just not for people prone to acidic stomachs!

This company are excellent. They have a great range well priced. A quick delivery and product as expected and required at a reasonable enough price. Will re- order as necc.

I have problems with my tummy often and have pain after eating most days. I was recommended these on a social media support group and they have definitely helped to make meal times more enjoyable. It was getting to the stage where I was afraid of eating due to the pain, but these have really helped. I take one with each meal and can now eat most things again without suffering.

I was pleased with these digestive enzyme tablets at first, and still think this is a reputable firm selling a good product.This is the first time I've purchased digestive enzymes. For much of my adult life, I've suffered occasional bouts of reflux which I've treated with standard digestive medicines, most of which basically suppress your digestion.At present I'm trying out a new health regime which includes trying to rebalance my digestion, rather than suppress the over-active acidity.At first the tablets made me feel dreadfully sick for an hour or more after taking them, but then I started feeling so much better, without any reflux at all, and with much more energy and better sleep.I then the tablets into three, but even the tiniest bit makes me feel horrendously nauseous. Even though my reflux has improved, I don't feel confident taking something that makes me feel this way without my GP's advice.After a week's trial, I've given this product four stars for the overall improvement in my health, the clear packaging, easy to access for someone like me with a visual disability.Lindens is a lovely British company, based in Yorkshire, with strong ethical values, and I really want to support these kind of manufacturers. I shall try some of their other products, but not this one.

I have really struggled to swallow these. If they were a capsule I'd be okay but they are chalky and stick when you try and swallow so I end up gagging. Unfortunately no idea if they work as I cannot tolerate the size and texture.
