When my old Turtle beach headset broke after some years of use I decided to try and save some money, we all know most popular brands over charge simply for their reputation after all, and I bought one of the cheapest sets I could find on Amazon. They were ok - did the job for a week, until they suddenly cut out and died on me mid game. I realised the cheapest sets were not going to cut it, so I looked for something mid price range and discovered these gems. Oh my, these are far superior to the Turtle beach set I had at well over double this price. The sound quality is perfect, as an audiophile I find it difficult to imagine how these can be topped for gaming (I listen to music with my system, not usually headphones, will certainly have to test these compared to my senheiser cans). The build quality is better than the Turtle beach set I owned, I am seriously impressed by this start up company and their apparent commitment to delivering superior design, quality and innovation to their products. I am starting to sound like a paid advertisement now, which is unfortunate as I received no money, but I am slightly overwhelmed when I receive first class quality backed by a 2 year promise of what appears to be first class service at half of the price of their competitors. In this day and age, this is indeed a very rare thing, so I even looked forward to writing a review about this product and the company. They are absolutely comfortable to wear, I suspect some people may think they are too tight but with some adjustment by pulling the cups down a little further, I find they fit around my ear very nicely and deliver accurate sound for positioning in games. What is more, I can finally hear my team mates clearly again and I am told I am crystal clear on their end. There is always the argument that you need stereo 'phones for accurate sound placement in FPS, well I'm no longer a believer in that either, I have had much more accurate positioning in the last few days with these than ever before using stereo. It is also SO much more immersive, in a dark room at night I feel I am really right there in the action. Just astounding. The design is very interesting, with metal mesh panels covering the LED logo on the side, and although I do look somewhat like a robot while wearing them I can tell that each decision made during manufacturing was for my benefit - the 'squeeze' for example cuts ambient sound to such levels that I missed a package from the postman (I could hear the door with my Turtle beach set). Sound is crisp and loud enough that I find myself turning the volume down a fair bit more than I normally ever have, with the added vibration effect the bass 'kick' is satisfying and actually addds a slightly new dimension to the experience - it is quite hard to explain but it seems to surround the bass sounds with a warm envelope, so that as I was running along the ground or shooting in a game there is a reverberation somewhat similar to a sub woofer although obviously in a localised area. At first it was a little strange and annoying so I kept turning it off, however I now leave it on and am loving it. I don't sit right next to my rig while I play, so I would have liked just a little bit more cord, but it is still more than enough that I can sit quite far from the computer and game without my coolers blowing all over me. The cord itself looks rugged, the braided design will last for time, I am sure. Perhaps one gripe would be the slightly clunky volume control which although works flawlessly with no hiss or crackles introduced into the sound when moved just seems a little bit bulky. I think most sets I have come across have this so perhaps it is intentional to keep this thing alive for years to come. In an ideal world I would have an LED on the volume control to know when the microphone mute toggle is active too. The volume control could be a little higher on the cord so that it doesn't slip off your lap, as others have suggested, but again this is really just being very picky for the sake of a review that might help someone. It took minutes to download and install the drivers, the product looks like it is worth far more money than I paid and the quality of sound is simply astounding. The thing that really sold me on this company is their clear concern for the customers experience, it is a rare thing to back your product for 2 years and I doubt I will ever have to call them based on how rugged these feel. This is the best purchase I have made this year, and leaves me a little warm and fuzzy inside. I only hope I 'need' to buy more of their products in future as the need arises, because I am blown away, and I always like to support good, honest people like this, thank you KLIM! I know you have a tester program and you are welcome to contact me in regards to this if you ever need, I feel like I am going to be using your products for many happy years to come. You need this headset in your lives.

As of initial thoughts, it's only just arrived today about an hour ago. Okay... First thought, it looks better than it does in the picture. I was a little unsure of how it looked but, upon seeing it in person it looks much nicer. Second, it installed right away with no problems, which was nice. The previous headset I bought off of Amazon, it took it a good 10 minutes to install. Third, the audio is clear and precise. I thought it was pretty quiet at first which I was a bit... ehhh about. But, then I realised that the headsets volume control was low, turning it up it was almost WAYYYY to loud for me. So, good for people that are semi deaf perhaps? Fourth, it is very comfortable, it fits entirely around my ears and I feel no pressure. Extremely soft. So, I can see on the days that I am playing games on my computer online using this, it will be pretty comfy! Anyway, time will tell. I will try to remember to come back to update this review in a month or so. (I will also come back later once I've tested the microphone out and update this in reference to that as well!) But, on terms of first appearance and use, they're great. Oh! There is a final point, delivery was extremely quick. But, I think that's more Amazon than KLIM. EDIT 1 The microphone after having used it on TS, apparently is clear and well defined. (I don't know for sure, but, going on what my friend said.) EDIT 2 Having tested the headset for a few weeks now, I can say I'm very pleased with them. The mic seems responsive. At least, I've not had anyone complain that I sound robotic, or that there's a lot of noise being picked up. (besides my music which I often blast out.) In summary, all in all, this headset is very nice. Responsive, good quality, sturdy build and comfy. I am hoping that I won't need to buy another headset for quite some time to come, but, if I do... I would happily buy from KLIM again. Further Update: As of today 14/09/2018, my headphones developed a fault, namely the cable broke. I contacted the customer service and immediately they were happy to help me, not even slightly concerned that I bought the product back in January. All round KLIM is a great company. 100% happy with the product and service. Edit Update: 26/05/2021 they still work great! The sound is still perfectly clear. The bass works well. And they still work perfectly for games such as Rainbow Six Siege. Or, well... any game really. Edit Update: 17/09/2021 Still great! Get them, you won't be disappointed.

Uso queste cuffie da 6 mesi circa (Novembre 2017) e non c'è che dire, per ora è uno dei miei migliori acquisti in assoluto. Comode, non infastidiscono anche dopo lunghe sessioni di utilizzo e autoregolabili grazie ad un sistema molto intelligente. Il suono è davvero molto bello, profondo, immersivo ed il surround 7.1 consente di godere appieno del contenuto multimediale che si sta sfruttando, sia questo un videogioco, un video o semplice musica. Testato soprattutto con giochi quali Rainbow Six: Siege, PUBG e simili dove sentire i passi dei nemici è fondamentale; il risultato è assolutamente positivo. Molto carina la possibilità di attivare o disattivare a piacimento (tramite comodo pulsante) la vibrazione: non cambia la vita ma dà veramente qualcosa in più mentre si è in gioco, soprattutto se circondati da spari ed esplosioni. Il microfono poi è davvero ottimo, i miei amici confermano la qualità del mio audio: pulito, chiaro e naturale. Posso testimoniarlo io stesso visto che ho regalato le stesse cuffie ad un amico e ho sentito direttamente la sua voce tramite lo stesso microfono. Non so sinceramente se a questo prezzo ci sia di meglio o meno, ma questo prodotto per il momento merita assolutamente 5 stelle piene. Klim si conferma, per il momento, garanzia di qualità nelle periferiche da gaming (ho acquistato anche un mouse). P.s: unica piccola pecca riscontrata solo nella versione nera (del mio amico): la luce del microfono è troppo debole e non si capisce chiaramente quando questo sia attivo o meno. Perfetta invece nella versione bianca.

Das Headset sitzt bequem, es drückt nicht und passt sich meiner Kopfform ideal an. Auch das Mikrofon ist gut platziert. Es ist flexibel und lässt sich dadurch gut transportieren. Die Hörer an sich lassen sich nur wenige cm drehen, finde ich aber für den Tragekomfort mehr als ausrechend. Die Klangqualität ist sehr gut. Das Problem aller Headsets ist ja, dass das Volumen in den Kopfhörern fehlt und so ein guter Bass nicht möglich ist. Dies kompensiert dieses Headset mit Vibrationen, die sozusagen mehr Bass vortäuschen als geliefert wird (ein guter Subwoofer bringt das Zimmer ja auch ins vibrieren ;) ). Eine echt gute Idee von Klim. Wem es nicht gefallen sollte, die Vibrationen lassen sich über die am Kabel angebrachte Fernbedienung abschalten. Die Fernbienung hängt bei aufgesetztem Headset in etwa auf Höhe der Sitzfläche meines Stuhls (Größe 1,83m). Jedoch lege ich sie auf den Schreibtisch und fixiere Sie hier so, dass sie und das Kabel mich nicht stört, mit Hilfe eines Knetradiergummis (es gibt aber auch Haftgummis von Kleberherstellern, die sich ebenfalls rückstandslos entfernen lassen). Ich mache das, da ich das Gewicht der Fernbedienung spüre und sie bei Bewegung am Stuhl schleift, außerdem erreiche ich sie so schneller und einfacher um die Lautstärke einzustellen oder das Mikrofon zu muten. Das Mikrofon finden meine Freunde und ich einfach Klasse. Endlich verstehen mich meine Freunde (Discord) am anderen Ende in angenehmer Lautstärke und nicht mehr verzerrt. Einziges Manko ist die LED, die anzeigt, dass das Mikro aktiv ist. Ich fände es besser wenn sie leuchten würde, wenn es deaktiviert ist. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass bei einigen das rote Leuchten im Bildschirm reflektiert und so das Bild beeinträchtigt. Bei meinem matten Monitor ist dies jedoch nicht der Fall. Ich kaufe dem Hersteller das versprechen ab, dass dieses Headset in möglichst guter Qualität zu einem geringen Preis hergestellt wird. Denn es wirkt wirklich gut von der Qualität. Nur die Verpackung in einem ganz einfachen günstigen Karton und Knisterfolie passt nicht ganz dazu. Finde ich aber gut. Ich will das Headset nutzen. Die Verpackung landet sowieso direkt in der Papiertonne. Ich kaufe das Produkt ja nicht wegen der Verpackung. Wenn hier gespart wird, ist es mir mehr als Recht =) . Ich hoffe meine Eindrücke helfen euch weiter. PS: Ich nutze das Headset seit 3 Tagen.

I just picked up the Klim Puma and I could not be more satisfied with my purchase. The build quality is great and the band sits comfortably on your head. I had no problem gaming with them continuously for over 4 hours at a time. One thing that is exceptional is the microphone. It's clear and crisp and way better than my old headset which I've paid over $170 for. Sound quality is booming and great for hearing footsteps if you're an FPS gamer. One thing that I wished was changed is that the manual volume controls on the cord is a little high, which means that it will either have to sit on your lap while you play, or it will dangle from the headset if you're taller. It's a little bit strangely placed but I got used to it within a day. Overall, I don't think you'll be able to find a better gaming headset for the price. Bon, j'ai reçu mon casque aujourd'hui, c'est donc un avis a chaud et non un jugement sur la durée, mais les premières impressions sont plutôt bonnes: J'ai donc récupéré mon casque vers les 16h et depuis cet instant je le porte sur ma tête (j’écris ce message à 23h00) il est super agréable, bien plus que les autres casques que j'ai eu (des casques d'entrées de gamme dans le même ordre de prix) c'est donc un bon point, mes grandes esgourdes sont sensibles et c'est donc avec joie que je constate qu'elles sont a peine chaudes et que je ressent très peu la pression du casque, sans compter qu'il ne m'appuie pas sur le haut du crane, j’apprécie ce système d'auto réglage, c'est bien pensé, ça fonctionne! bref je pourrais le porter encore quelques heures sans le subir. Niveau design, j'ai vu certain avis sur le net criant au scandale que c’était un design générique (roh c'est un clône du somic G941, les ordures! copier les chinois, quelle honte!)....c'est vrai, mais a mon sens, ça fonctionne, je le trouve plutôt sympa et le fait que Klim économise sur la recherche d'un design pas forcement meilleur que ce qui existe se répercute très certainement sur le prix , sans compter que les composants sont de bonnes facture, et finalement c'est ça l'essentiel, le rendu est bon ,je l'ai prix en noir (mate contrairement a ce que la photo laisse croire) mais sur ce point les goûts, les couleurs, tout ca...chacun sont point de vu. Que dire de cette fameuse fonction vibrante? et bien sur le coup je me suis dit "mouais sans plus" mais a force d'essayer différente chose pour le tester (des zik, des films, des jeux...)il faut bien reconnaître qu'a certaine fréquence, ca marche bien, c'est assez sympa, mais très honnêtement, c'est anecdotique même si ça se ressent plutôt pas mal sur certains sons, mais a vrai dire, je trouve que les mecs qui font des review sur ce casque et qui s'enflamment sur ces vibrations en font peut-être un peu trop. Et enfin, le principal élément d'un casque: la qualité du son! la par contre, on est presque tous d'accord pour dire que dans cette gamme de prix, il propose quelque chose de vraiment bon et il se positionne au même niveau que des casques valant le double de son prix, c'est pas un casque de monitoring, et c'est pas son boulot! mais il rend vraiment bien et il doit pas avoir beaucoup de concurrent dans le même ordre de prix, de ce côté la c'est vraiment une très bonne surprise, le micro sans être fantastique fait très bien son boulot, on nous entend fort et clair, la voix est très peu déformée, c'est vraiment la qu'on se rend compte qu'on à la un casque au rapport qualité/prix vraiment intéressant, comme je le disais plus haut, l’extérieur est peut-être générique, en revanche il y a un véritable effort sur l’électronique. maintenant il me reste plus qu'a voir son comportement dans le temps mais grâce a ce casque, je découvre cette petite marque française qu'est Klim et il lui donne une totale crédibilité a mes yeux.

Hi guys...I don't want to dwell on the review, let's get to 10 points and what I liked the most: 1. Excellent presentation, box and accessories, stylish decals, not too much, not too little here, just right. 2. USB you connect it and Windows 10 recognizes it in 10 seconds at most, excellent! thanks KLIM! 3. I don't need to install drivers but I want to, but you can install the application to use it from the KLIM website. 4. Smell good, new and pure technology :) 5. High quality cable design, well designed terminals. [3 more feet of cable would have been great, but I can connect them to a USB extension cord, the cable is just the right length, a little more would have been even better ]. 6. Mic and headset LED, pure style, quality matte orange :) 7. Comfortable but a bit tight as in my case I use them over a hat, the leather perspires a bit but tolerable, comfortable and light. 8. Open and soft sound, excess of low frequencies for music that you can control with an equalizer in seconds, the treble is warm and balanced mids. 9. The mic is elegant, the sound is clean and smooth, not too much gain but even if you talk loud it never distorts. Apply some extra gain from OBS and a noise gate if you have a lot of background noise, but either way, the voice sounds wonderfully good through this great mic, balanced bass, and extremely well done mids and highs. 10/10 to the MIC. 10. Headphones that for quality, performance and cost are a 10/10. If you can get them at $20-$25 buy them, even at $39 they are still incredibly affordable. Thank you KLIM for this excellent product!
