I've been looking for a sleep aid to replace my Tylenol P.M's. That I've been taking for at least 20 years. My granddaughter sent me the link to read their information and read lot's of reviews. I decided to try them. They help me relax my mind so I can drift off to sleep. No side effects or morning after effects. I can even get up in the middle of the night and soon after go back to sleep. I normally get anywhere from 4.5 to 6 hrs of sleep a night...wearing my smart watch shows my irregular sleep patterns. Now I'm getting between 6 to almost 8 hours of sleep and at least 1 hour of deep sleep. I'm 70 and that is pretty good numbers. So..I'm going to keep taking them hoping I don't build a tolerance to them. I was taking 3, T-P.M.'s a night. Our pharmacist said they have done studies and Tylenol P.M.'s are linked to early onset of dementia and I should stop taking them.

Okay... Let me just start by saying, yes I am a insomniac. I have always struggled with sleep even at a young age. (Not so young anymore)When I go to lay down even if I'm physically exhausted. My body and my brain do not ever seem to line up. Weird, I know considering my brain controls absolutely everything. I have seen doctors and have been put on medication. I loved the sleeping part but didn't like all the other crap I dealt with due to the medication. So I stopped taking it and that put me right back to not sleeping again. Sometimes I would go days without sleep. I can't express how extremely dangerous that is to every aspect of your body and everyday life. I found some over the counter medications that work for the most part, more like a crappy bandaid. So ordering this medicine, I was already skeptic. But I decided to give it a shot anyways, at first I didn't like it what so ever. The tase is nasty/weird and I didn't sleep through the night. When I finally woke up for the day, I kept waking up off and on off and on. When I finally woke up for the day I was really groggy and sleepy thought..... Great I wasted my money on another product on Amazon. But one day I found myself out of my normal medication that for the most part helps me sleep. But after several tries, and consistently taking the medication. I can honestly say WOW!!!! The groggy feeling is reducing and I sleep through the night now. It's really a little miracle pill!!! I absolutely love it!!! And it's cheaper than my other medication so that's a plus!!! It still taste like crap but I really underestimated these little pills. Love them now!!! Buy and try!!!!! I have been using this product for at least a decade and it is incredible. I typically get 5 or 6 hours of deep, restful sleep with 1 tab (maybe the trains nearby wake me. Really). Sometimes, when I awaken, I take another 1/2 tab, and I do not experience drowsiness the next day. It is inexpensive. Sometimes I order it online at Amazon, but usually I buy it at Costco which is a bit cheaper. I don't get the people who complain about the taste as you taste it for less than a second. By far, all things considered, it is the best sleep aid on the market for me.
