I was taking another nail vitamin it didn’t seem like it did anything. I was searching for another one ,decided to try this. This is my second bottle and I diffidently noticed the difference,my nails are longer and stronger

These were great and were reasonable price. I use the whole bottle and my hair was definitely growing. I don’t know that it really helped my nails though.

I’m a guy with very long hair. I do my best to keep my scalp healthy in order to have healthier hair. I’ve been taking these for about a year now and I feel they’re worth it! Some times taking supplements will cause my stomach to ache after for a while even if I drink a lot of water or eat food. These haven’t given me that issue.
