A Christmas Story

This film is amazing. Love it

Set in the50s it sums up a good old fashioned Christmas with loads of laughs. First watched this film with my mum on Christmas Day having dinner in front of the tv when I was little, we had never laughed so much, always remembered this film than found it on vhs than dvd. Don’t make films like this any more absolutely brilliant great for all the family at Christmas 🎄👍

EXCELLENT! 5 stars not enough, I fail to see whay this is not better known in the UK ITV / BBC WHY are you ignoring this fantastic film ?It maybe frm from 1983, but it's seems a fresh story everytime we watch it, now our Grandkids are starting to love this film, and ask for it to be shown, I have the disc Region 1 version, which won't play on my new DVD player :-( must work around this soon.BUY IT!

A great film ... but when is it going to be released on region 2 DVD please?

Good movie. Reminds me a lot of the Wonder Years, but is suppose that must have been inspired by this first. Often funny, not schmaltzy and genuinely heart warming and brings you back to childhood. Recommended Xmas viewing for all the family and especially adults!
