How water resistant is this bag?

i had an experience last week, i walked in the rain for 30 min, when i got home everything inside was fine but it could get wet in 10 min more.

Was is the warranty with this bag?

I have had a bag in the past that broke after a few months, I contacted amazon as the 30 days had passed and got a refund from them. But I have had this bag almost 1 year now and not had a problem with it.

How does the ear phone port work? It’s just a round rubber with a + in the middle. No holes for ear phones

Probably, it’s not a massive rucksack but was adequate in sizefor my son at secondary school, but didn’t quite last a school year as the zip broke.
