I had used and disliked an older model, but a few people told me to try this new unit. I am glad I did; this unit and its software are excellent. The remote sucked on the older unit, now it works as designed, and I like it. Overall, the picture quality is good, but it could always be better.

Highly recommend did exactly what I needed

Great packaging and size of box. Startup connection issues which got fixed once IR extender unhooked. However, IR extender stopped working after a few days and no signal goes through Z11. This is a challenge when keeping box in a closed cabinet. The 2 HDMI cables that came with system could not process the colors and would keep changing all the time - I am trying my own 3rd party cable now. The keyboard provided does not work. What makes all this challenging is the lack of manual or instructions. All the favorite channels stored one day vanished. Was able to connect to my Synology NAS after a while so I can now record. Processing of video is good as would be expected. Have no experience with other devices so giving it a score of 4. Hope bugs can be fixed.

I have two Z11 Pro Max media servers, one works, and one does not. They were purchased within days of each other. The first one I have had problems with since the beginning and the second one has worked fine. It was about 65-70 days after the Amazon 30 day return policy that I finally gave up trying to work with it. I emailed the manufacturer and have had ZERO response from them. While I like the unit that works, its not worth paying twice the price for a single unit to have it. I'm upset that AMAZON will not help me get the manufacturer to engage with me, but there is no option in their support menu for this. My advice to people considering purchasing this unit is to do your research, not just on the product, but on the support behind the product and the IPTV service your choose.

I do like the functionality this provides. Using a keyboard to search for items is much better than trying to use a basic remote from the Firestick. It is very difficult to type though at night time. I thought this was supposed to be backlit ?? Besides that gripe, works as expected.

Mymovie3 interface provided by the box is way better than the default browser provided by IPTV providers. Worth the money but on the higher end in comparison to other products.

Amazing android box. Super fast connection and response. This replaced my NVIDIA Shield. I use it with wifi for streaming and IPTV. Nice user interface. MyTV app is excellent. Some minor issues. Netflix and Apple TV will not work from the play store. Need to download and install from their Market store. Apple TV works but cannot have surround sound. All the other apps can. Netflix is the mobile phone version. Not good. Need to use my own TV Netflix. My palm keyboard was defective. Called support and they replaced it. 5 stars if you update the Netflix app.
