Very clever design & worth getting
The pistol screwdriver is a pretty cool gadget. Although not tested over a long period ,it seems very well made and cleverly designed. The storage aspect with spare bits in is a nice touch, and means that it's always ready for use Although it's not a high end screwdriver , it looks as if it'll last for years. Everything I've bought from Bahco has never failed, so this should be more than up to the task.

Excellent screwdiver
Absolutely superb ratchet screwdriver. You can’t usually go wrong with Bahco because they only make excellent quality, strong , reliable tools and this screwdriver is no exception. The slide out bit holder is ingenious and holds both flat head, phillips and posidrive bits of two sizes in each. You simply press BOTH sides impressed switches and the cartridge pops up out of the top of the handle. I have put the lightest amount of petroleum jelly on the cartridge slides to assist the cartridge to spring open but you don’t need to. I am really pleased with my purchase and I highly recommend both the product and the seller.

Same or Better Performance at Half the Price of Other Screwdrivers. (Bought for £20)
Did a fair bit of research into what screwdrivers are best. I took a punt on this and am so glad I did. Other screwdrivers with comparable performance were twice the price. The only downside is the bit storage in the handle is a bit stiff. It doesn't come out smoothly. But again, this is a £20 ratcheting screwdriver that is actually worth buying. They've got to cut down costs, and the handle and bit storage is the best place to do this. A little shaft wobble, but not much at all, seemed comparable to much more expensive screwdrivers. Strong magnet, easy ratcheting, not heavy and a slim profile allowing you to get into hard to reach areas. This is all you really need to know about a screwdriver. Well, that and durability. Other screwdrivers around this price range had poor reviews related to their ratcheting, apparently it would just stop working. Haven't seen such criticisms for this one. Honestly, at this price I can't imagine you getting anything better. They didn't cheap out on the magnet, the shaft seems quality. It is definitely not a premium screwdriver, if you want a fancy handle, better bit storage or better build quality where the shaft meets the handle, be prepared to pay between £50 and over £100 to get something that feels more premium and may have better build quality.

Not bad nice light.
Quite nice arrived quite quickly to UK address. It is a little chunky but its still urganomic and the bit holder is smooth and doesn't catch your palm whilst turning. Torch is good and lights work well and easy to change batteries. Magnets not bad. Ratchet is a little crunchy so add oil under the torch bit just on the stem and let it trickle down then shake vigorously, making sure to get excess out of compartment so not wet the electronics. If you need to get screws that are really flat to get to, then I'd recommend the one without torch as profile's slimmer so can get lower because of handle width if a screws right in the corner, or use a 15degree wabble end or something on this one.

Sublime.
I'm a decorator. I need a ratcheting driver for many things: hinges, door handles, shelves, brackets, the list goes on. My old cheapo one was begging for the sweet release of the bin, mainly due to being abused daily for 5 years. So, I figured I'd upgrade the replacement. Oh boy, this thing is a delight. Genuine happiness each time I use it. The ratchet mechanism is solid, smooth and gives a reassurance that your twisting wrist energy is being transferred smoothly and efficiently. The magnet at the business end is surprisingly strong. I've managed to hold 4 screws on it, and continue to unscrew without them budging. Handy for those little fiddly screws. The best bit- The storage. So clever! Sure, it only holds 6 bits. But truly, how many does one need on a day to day basis? For me it's 4. So this is perfect. The push button and sprung release is brilliant too. Very user friendly, and the least "faffy" storage I've used. No messing with screwtops, or having to poke bits out of slots. The bits themselves are great quality. Even after letting a friend use it to remove worktop brackets that were corroded, the tips showed no damage. Wrecked a few screws though! Length. This is the only point that I'm a little less enthused about. I do like a slightly shorter tool usually- just prefer it in my hand and in the pocket/toolbelt. But. It is very handy having an extra inch clearance, makes those tight squeeze screws a little more accessible. For a daily driver that has such a nice finish and quality, you'd be hard pressed to beat it.

Excellent rachet screw driver.
Bahco are part of the Snap On group and they are quality tools. Ive bought quite a few of their tools over the years and they've never let me down. I bought the ratchet screw driver after reviewing several different brands and im not disappointed. Its made to the usual Bacho quality and gives the impression that it should last for years. I did a Google image search and theres a blue point ratchet that selling for between £29 and £36 and its exactly the same. The only difference is the name on the ratchet. I bought the Bacho version for £12.

Quality
I bought this back in 2017 and have used it ever day since as a service engineer so it gets a lot of use I still have it in my tool case and it is still as good as the day I first used it BAHCO Tools have a rep for quality and value for money I have had Snap-on screwdrivers in the past but they are not as nice to hold and you can't get as good a grip with them The BAHCO handle fits better in your hand and even with grease on your hands you can still get a good grip It is almost the end of 2025 so that is almost 8 years of hard service and it is still being used today and just as good as the day I bought it Would I purchase another if I lost it YES

Smooth action and sits well in your hand. Can go on for many hours in use cases when impact driver is too savage. Do not expect blisters.

One of my favorite tools of all time. Have bought multiple to have one available anywhere I might need one. The rattling action is smooth and precise and the build quality great.
