I have a very heavy Kingsize TV bed and I needed to move this away from the wall to paint the wall. This was far too heavey for me to move on my own but with the use of this, I was able to slide a set of transportation rollers under the bed and pull it away from the wall by myself.

Ideal piece of kit for positioning door while hanging

This is a simple but effective tool with an inherent and basic fault which I find puzzling why the makers haven't rectified.When in use the door slips off the small platform. This can be easily rectified by glueing a piece of sand paper to it for grip.🤘

Only comes out the box when dealing with raised doors, like others have said doesn’t work to well on uneven floors as doors slide off, bottom plate is to thick for fire door gap to underside when in frame and doesn’t have grip hence why doors slide off when uneven.Their smaller lifter can damage the face edge which is why I purchased this but sadly it doesn’t make a suitable full time replacement.

This is like having another pair of hands when hanging a door. I have used it to raise doors into position to enable them to be fitted to the frames.A definite must have to home DIY'ers.A Highly recommended addition to any toolbox.

Wish I'd bought one of these years ago. I'm only a DIYer, but I've rehung enough doors so far that I wish I'd had this a long time ago. It makes it dead easy to lift the door up to the position you need it, swinging on its pivot point and keeping the bracket level rather than tilting - makes lining up the hinges and putting the screws in so much easier.Good sturdy metal construction, feels like it should last me a lifetime, and I'd expect it to be up to trade use too.

Great help when hanging doors, the lifter plate could be larger

Our exterior door won't properly close or lock in summer and always a big hassle, but works fine in winter.This works awesome and solved out problem at a great price. Wish I found it years ago.

J'avais besoin de dégonder une porte vitrée. Nous ne parvenions pas à le faire à 2. Avec cet outil, la porte est sortie de ses gonds d'un coup (attention, ça peut surprendre). L'outil est également bien utile pour remettre la porte qui est très lourde. Je recommande.

Ob es gilt, eine schwergängige Tür auszuheben oder auch einen Schrank auf Gleiter zu stellen - kein Problem. So macht das Arbeiten Spaß!
