​This powder and spray combination is effective, but it's a battle of persistence. The most critical thing to understand is that this will not kill the eggs. You must be diligent and reapply consistently to break the bed bug life cycle. ​Here's the method that worked for me: Powder (Weekly): I applied the powder weekly along all skirting boards, around and behind the bed frame, and thoroughly under the bed. This creates a barrier for new hatchlings. Spray (As Needed): I used the spray as a spot treatment whenever I saw a live bug.​It takes patience, but if you stick to a strict weekly routine with the powder, you will get the infestation under control.

So grateful this exists! Didnt have a major problem with bedbugs, but even a few were my worst nightmare after reading how hard they are to get rid of. The problem can be dealt with when using the spray and powder together alongside hoovering everywhere; paying special attention to bed and mattress, along skirting boards etc. Wash bedding on a high temperature and tumble dry if you can for 30 minutes. I repeated all this once a week and will continue to do it all once a month (obviously still wash bedding and hoover every week). No need to have a break down like I did as it actually works thank goodness!!
