We purchased a large home that needed some TLC. The grout lines and tile were very dirty and we had a big job to do. I have never used anything that cleans grout lines as well as this did. I was able to clean and seal them, so that they look as good as new and with very little effort. Just make sure you dont get it on the base boards, it can peel paint in the full concentration. I really can not express how well this product works, I was very surprised.

Thid stuff absolutely works great. I used it to clean a grill that had not been cleaned in over two years, during which time many foods were cooked on it, and dried grease was everywhere. It took over half a bottle, a couple of old rags, and a whole roll of paper towels, but this cleaner just dissolved the grease like butter. The very heavy caked areas became shiny clean with several sprays and a grill brush. Even the creosote build up in the charcoal chute came off easily with the brush and a couple of passes. Love it, recommend it, and will buy it again when it runs out.

This cleaner is the best one I've ever tried. It comes in a concentrated form with instructions on the back regarding how to water it down for various uses. It makes quick work of cleaning up a large variety of things, everything from dirty engines to a sink. I don't understand why they chose to package it in spray bottles. The last bottle I bought was just that, a plastic bottle. Since it is mixed with water in various strengths, being packaged in a spray bottle seems wrong. I suppose when it's all used up you're left with a spray bottle to use. Anyway, it has tackled all my cleaning needs and because you add water at various amounts, it lasts a long time. I purchased a few spray bottles and made up various ratios, writing on the bottle what it is. That way I don't have to mix it every time I need to clean something.
