This is a fine powder which is a food additive intended as an emulsifier.I mix a half teaspoon with a dollop of greek yoghurt and it tastes great. There is loads in the pot so it should last a long while.

Nice, tasty lecithin. I take it after a meal, once or twice a day, about 5 - 10g daily. Great for reducing cholesterol levels and for the aid of fat digestion.

Doesnt seem hygroscopic, which was what I had expected, good

Used this to make the 'nutty pudding' from Bryan Johnsons Blueprint protocol. Unsure if it's this or some of the other ingredients but it definitely gives you a lot of energy!

its the real deal and very good for you by i have not found a way to take it that is not unpleasant takeing it raw it sticks to the teeth and gums.i did find a way by warming up MCT oil and adding it to that but its a lot of effort compared to just takeing iti will try adding it to food.

I use this powdered lecithin for making chocolate, and it's a great alternative to liquid forms of lecithin that many bean-to-bar chocolate makers use. It's just as effective at making the chocolate flow and much less messy.

Mixes easily, no clumping or harsh taste at all.No real flavour to taint my smoothies.
