Any problem with leaking ?

I purchased two of these in September 2021, having purchased six of the same make/model in previous years. The earlier feeders did not leak and are still in use after several years, but the two new ones leak quite badly. They look the same as the old ones, but clearly something has changed.

Is this feeder glass or plastic? The glass perky pet feeders are very durable, but I am tired of the little yellow flowers. I don't use them anymore.

this is all plastic. I love that it has perches so they can sit on it while they drink - and they do! I've had other kinds, but this is the only one I use now. I make my own syrup 2/3 c hot water, mixed with 1/3 c sugar, stir til dissolved, add 2/3 c cold water, stir and pour in. I clean it with white vinegar and hot water.

I'm getting lots of bees on the feeder. Does anyone know a product compatible with this to stop the bees and wasps from drinking the nectar?

First Nature makes two similar feeders. The one I like has the round holes. They also make one with slots. My hummers don't like the slots, so I stopped using it. The last time I ordered this feeder a month ago, I got the slotted feeder. I do get some bees and wasps. When that happens I move the feeder. The hummers will find it. The bees and wasp may, but not right away.

Is this a top-fill feeder?

No, the cylinder unscrews from the base, you fill it like you would a glass and then screw the base on "upside down" and then turn the feeder over and hang it.
