Actual hozelock products of this type seem to outlast some cheaper alternatives. This is the cheapest hozelock seem to do. It's also probably the easiest to set the timer on. As it only waters at daybreak and sunset. It's just the duration that you can alter. Good if you just want up to 2 waters per day. Upgrade to another unit if you need more than 2.

This is superb very easy to use and set up, reliable and robust. Battery life is good and can check the battery life. Can have instant water option away from the schedule set. Does what it says it will do. Good value for the kit.

Works fine but lid over batteries does not clip firmly into place and the sticker at one end holds it in place - which not impressive and makes one doubt it’s longevity. Bought 3 and water drips out of centre of one. Took some fiddling and an extra washer to get seal to work well between tap and controller on two.

Have mine setup up with a pot watering system and a garden sprinkler via a Hozelock Multitap fitting, effectively covering my whole garden.Easy to use with diagrams on the timer.Either have it turn on for1) xx minutes at sunrise or2) xx minutes at sunset or3) xx minutes at sunrise AND sunsetYou also have an instant turn on / off button if you need water right there and then.Found it robust and very reliable and I don't have to manually water my garden at all. Brilliant

Took this little gem to Spain to deal with irrigation in the garden and it works great,you can always trust hose lock to fit a vast number of fittings, great product

There are a lot of good things about this device but don’t expect it to last for years and years. The light sensor that turns on at dawn and on again at dusk is a really good feature. But this product is expensive and after a few years they stop working - 4 years in my case. I'm afraid I cannot recommend. I have had two, and they have failed at exactly the same point.

It works, but is expensive. Unable to comment on battery life - I have only had the unit one week and the batteries haven't run out yet!

plus de soucis.Mes arroseurs se mettent en route automatiquement.Avec ces 3 là, cela m'en fait 5.Avec les deux premiers, depuis deux ans, aucun souci sauf de changer les piles et de les rentrer en hors gel avant l'hiver.Tres bon matériel.En fait, c'est une vanne électromécanique commandée par une cellule qui détecte la luminosité.Arrosage a l'aube ou au crépuscule ou les deux.5 minutes à 60 minutes.je recommande.

Creo que va a ser sin duda el mejor programador que he puesto y llevo unos cuantos. En cuanto lo sacas de la caja te das cuenta que un producto con calidad, los plásticos son buenos y resistentes.Me ha gustado que sea tan sencillo de programar: solo elegir cuantos minutos quieres regar y si lo quieres al amanecer/atardecer o ambos.Que se pueda extraer todo el frontal para cambiar las pilas es muy cómodo. Es compacto, lo cual me viene perfecto porque como veis en la foto, el hueco es muy justo en el grifo al tener la otra salida ocupada con un divisor con llaves de paso a otras mangueras.

In passato avevo dei similari, un po più complessi, questi sono facile da montare e di facile intuizione. Sono rimasto più che soddisfatto.
