OSRAM XENARC NIGHT BREAKER LASER D4S, Next Generation, 220% more brightness, HID xenon bulb, 66440XNN-HCB, Duo Box (2 lamps), white

I replaced, what I think are the original D4S bulbs in my 10 year old Mazda 6 GT. The old bulbs had no low beam cut off anymore and were more like a halogen as far as sharpness. The new Osram bulbs made a huge difference, the low beam cut-off is sharp and clean again and they are much brighter and the light output is very dense again. Replacing them in the Mazda 6 GT isnt hard, just tedious you have to drop the front skid pan and the inner fenders have to be pulled out to get to the backs of the headlights. Once in there you turn the covers that are the actual ballasts to the left 1/4 turn and they come out, then you do the same with the connector on the bulbs. I also replaced my fog light bulbs with SilverStars which made a big difference as well.

Bright lights. Great visibility at night. Would purchase again.

Kinda expensive but literally worth it I had some Cheap Chinese ones installed before and I could barely see anything at night I had gotten use to them. A small ray and almost no spread. Till I was driving in LA and had trouble seeing the road from time to time so I bought there and let me tell you worth every penny. Osram German light bulbs are great don’t cheap out on them or you’ll regret it and pay trice

Montate su una Mazda 6 del 2014 in questi primi mesi di utilizzo risultano molto luminose, perlomeno in raffronto a quelle sostituite, che, ad onor del vero, avevano 10 anni e saranno sicuramente deperite con l'uso ed il tempo. Ho acquistato OSRAM per avere la garanzia di un prodotto affidabile ed all'avanguardia, sulla scorta anche di esperienze precedenti con altri modelli di lampada ed altre applicazioni. Forse un po' care ma qualitativamente appaiono ben costruite e, appunto, fanno una bella luce, a tutto vantaggio della sicurezza nella guida notturna. Per la durata...si vedrà.
