This book is published by a European (German) publisher. Books printed in Europe most often have text on spines that runs from bottom to top (reading direction). So it’s opposite what you see in the US. So it’s not a mistake and it’s not anything wrong with the book, it’s simply the fact that maybe you’ve not seen that publishers outside the US print their book spines different than US publishers. IMO this doesn’t detract from it being a beautiful coffee table book—the book is huge and substantial in text and images. Well worth the cost!

The title on the binding is printed backwards so this cocktail table book doesnt work in a stack on a table. Seems this company is sending out inferior items. I would not recommend ordering until their stock is first quality.

Spectacular and stunning photography on every page. Very inspiring stimulating and insightful. A must own book for your library.

I saw this same issue with spine being upside down in one of this authors other books but didn’t see any reviews with this one. Wellllll here is the first one: SPINE IS UPSIDE DOWN! ughhhh cannot display
