Red banana X10 - Exotic fruit - Fresh from Ecuador

Take a while to ripen but they are well worth the wait,absolutely delicious!

It seemed like a good idea at the time but I was fooled by the colour. You see, yellow bananas when unripe are green. Wait a few days and they turn yellow and a few days more and they turn brown (some people prefer that as they are much sweeter. However, red bananas also start out green when they are unripe but when you mix red and green you get brown! So the unripe red bananas look the same as the well-ripened ones. Thus the first taste was disappointing. A few days later they were ready. As others have said, they have a slightly "fruity" taste (think strawberries and peaches, perhaps) and more banana-ery. Good call to not only rely on the Cavendish variety but not an every day item.

Tried them multiple times over a week and they wern't very good. maybe i got a bad batch but they were tiny and hardly had taste. I expected them to be creamy with a strawberry taste to them as i found out online. taste worse than yellow bananas from local shop.

Fantastic service , arrived a day earlier than estimated , fruit very well packed , excellent condition and really fresh . Will definitely be ordering more .

No any star 🌟 I can give. Stars to prove how horrible they are and tasteless. If you continue to sale those horrible red bananas u will loose customers. 5 stars of how bad they are.😷
