Kalms Lavender - One-a-day - 14 capsules - A Traditional Herbal Medicinal Product Used for the Temporary Relief of the Symptoms of Mild Anxiety Such as Stress and Nervousness

I have been taking these for a few months now, as I have peri menopausal anxiety. They have improved my anxiety significantly. I just take one every morning, they are small and easy to swallow. You do occasionally get the after taste of lavender but it’s not consistent.

Having been a fan of Kalms for more years than I can remember, I was surprised to see a lavender version! I've been going through a year of terrible anxiety due to a prolonged, complicated house move, and coinciding issues. As I have numerous long-term health problems and am on a lot of medication I wanted to stick to the herbal route only to try and calm my anxiety, so gave these a try. I have to say (certainly at first) they definitely appeared to have taken the edge off my nerves. But I've been taking them continuously for some while now and, to be honest, the effect definitely seems to have waned. Then again, my anxiety/stress levels are now through the roof due to some other quite dramatic events adding to the mix - and moving day getting nearer now! So, my conclusion is that (as suspected) they do seem to work for MILD Anxiety - you wouldn't expect more really. The only real downside is the aftertaste and repeat factor, sometimes with actual heartburn (as other reviewers have described.) However, I have digestive issues anyway and personally find this problem with this product a small price to pay - and at least the lavender is quite a pleasant taste!

Good value for money. Helps being calm and helps with sleep. Don't taste of anything unless you burp (you can taste lavender) really effective

Recommend this product to anyone struggling with anxiety. This product really helped me and took the edge of which really helped. I'm looking in to purchasing a second packet just incase I have another episode.

Easy to swallow, I think they might’ve helped but the lavender taste every time you belch (and these tablets make you belch) is just so awful. I was hoping the taste might be like Parma Violets or something like that but it’s really not. And if taken in the morning, it takes hours for it to wear off, but I was finding they made me feel nauseas if I took them at bedtime. Wouldn’t buy them again.

Good product Really helps

Always help me relax and chill, im not saying it's going to be extremely powerful but there is a good noticeable effect and a lot of buyers who praise it. This has been well studied and shown to help with anxiety. Give it a try and maybe you'll benefit too.

Disgusting….. after you have a taste like you was drinking perfume or eating detergent
