Good Sodium Salt alternative
Good alternative to 100pct Sodium Salt. Actually seems a little saltier than normal salt!

Lots but not organised
Had to buy this as there wasn't smaller available anymore, but good quality, if quite unorganised in the box.

Handy for getting enough potassium in diet.
My macro food logging showed I was not getting enough potassium in my diet and LoSalt is handy to get the intake up plus reducing sodium salt intake. Have to say it’s not as salty to taste as real salt.

Not as harsh as normal table salt
I use it in all foods, soups, stews, eggs and vegetables. Excellent.

Salt not salt
If you think it's gonna taste like salt, it doesn't but I knew that going in. It works in a pinch in a sprinkle situation like on chips but to be honest it's better without and just use a sauce to dip to occasionally one in, it'll have salt in it but less than usual. This does have an unusual after taste which is difficult to describe unless you've just had some,but I'm not in the mood to take a lick for this review. You'd be better off using herbs and spices to add flavour to your food instead of salt, even a squeeze of citrus or the zest is nice. Low salt options are more realistic expectations with some of us. Like I said its ok but I haven't cooked with it, so don't know if that is better. Let me know if it is!
