50 Things To See With A Telescope - Kids: A Constellation Focused Approach

My 8 year old daughter and I wanted to learn how to use a telescope for stars. This book was excellent to talk us through how to look for things and gave us inspiration about what we can find. It starts with basic explanation and recommendation of what to use and then gives an easy to follow way to find stars and constellations. My daughter was able to tell me lots of interesting facts without me needing to have read the whole book. Very accessible and easy to follow.

Bought this for my son and myself of course. We have enjoyed discovering the stars together. Anything you learn with your dad stays learnt for life. Surprising sharpe views really brings things to life

This book is very informative and is for parents and children to navigate together.l have bought this for my Granddaughters Xmas age 7 to go with the bresser telescope which comes in a lovely blue compact ruck sack.highly recommended.

Good book but I think it’s a lot of money for what it actually is

Every thing about this book was great

This was for my 8 year old daughter, who has taken reading books as one of her daily routines. She loves reading on all topics. This book especially, she read the same day i passed it to her, although this is something I got her to get interested into Astronomy, a spark which ignited after i recently built a 90 calibre refractor telescope. Having shown her the Moon craters, Jupiter (with its 4 moons), Venus (crescent shape) and Saturn (with the amazing rings), i thought it was time for her to explore more. This book definitely has helped us explore more, including my 4 year old, who although can't read but is sharp to remember what he hears. Looking into the sky every evening, i get updates from the younger one, if the sky is clear for viewing the planets! I would like to recommend this to all ages who have just started into Astronomy having recently purchased a telescope to begin the journey towards exploring the cosmos. Guidance is provided on what celestial objects can be seen and with what difficulty using a telescope. Enjoy the Exploration!

We got this as an accessory to a telescope for a gift for our kid. The book is very informative and easy to read. The back came off one book immediately, but we were given a replacement that has held up great.

Love the book, very nice and informative, only issue is that considering you are meant to use outdoors, I'd appreciate the paper and cover to me sturdier.
