There is a button and a battery tray on the bottom of the body.

Q: What has this went from 60 to 120 loads of comments saying was 60. No paying that for it lol

Last time I got mine in 2020 it was.

Q: is ed 209 made of metal

No its plastic and quite lite but its the best ed 209 I have seen besides the hot toys version. I doesn't look plastic when on display as it has a metallic blue sheen.

Q: where's button to make him talk?

On the underside of the figure there is a switch and the battery cover
