well this product definitely does the job, don't think we need to go in to the finer detail. the reason I headline this review 'numb' is that the dog decided to open this package when it was delivered, he pierced the tube, bet his mouth and tongue were numb lol

Used as directions and made a difference almost immediately.

My wife couldn’t walk and lift light boxes at work due to haemorrhoids growing out. Ideal for purpose

It is not a whole body moisturizer. It is a hemorrhoid cream. This is an amazing product. It works a 1000x’s better than other products for me. I would highly recommend it over other popular brands. I will keep buying. The shipping from Amazon needs to be improved. A plastic envelope, without bubbles, is not appropriate. Of course the box was destroyed and the tube was deformed from shipping trauma. It would have been much better to wrap the box in some bubble wrap then put in the plastic envelope or to ship in a very small box. I hope Amazon shipping reviews this and takes to heart what we are experiencing.

Put the other stuff down, and seriously buy this. Does it make them go away forever? no. But I can comfortably walk out the house now. Side note. Make sure that it's clean down there. Seriously check throughout your day If you're itching after using this. It's probably dirty. Anti bacterial soap in the shower. I went in to get help for them from a doctor and ended up walking out after seeing what they wanted to put up there to look. Nope

Good ointment for anus fissure, haemmeroid. Gives little irritation. But cures. Atleast for a week, Applying twice a day gives good results. Watch food habits avoiding oily and spicy food
