Might sound odd to some but, we have been using this supplement as meal additive for our French bulldog for years now after he had problems with acid reflux as a puppy and keeping his food down in general (not to mention numerous visits to the vets). We can now safely say that after 8 years it’s still doing wonders, and he rarely (almost never) has any problems with his digestion. Honestly, made such a difference that I would rather skip a meal than see our pooch ever go without it. We simply sprinkle it over his food, easy peasy. Excellent product!

I ordered this product because of the positive reviews, yes, I am glad to say, it is a good product and the terrible cramps in my intestines seem to have disappeared; it is a little miracle, almost. I do suffer from IBS and have tried numerous digestive products, do not consume certain items of food, which may be inappropriate for this ailment, but this has helped almost instantly, I am very hopeful it will continue to help. It is such a relief to have found a product which supplies a solution to the workings of my gut! I would gladly recommend this product to people with IBS.

The produce is fine but the delivery was ridiculous. It was just dumped on the front door in full view of passing traffic without ringing the bell or leaving a card! It was just Chance that I opened the door. How it wasn’t stolen I have no idea. This is the secone time this has happened and several deliveries have gone missing presumably those delivered in a similar manner.

Solgar have always been my go-to brand for any vitamins, minerals and supplements, I used to work in a Health Food Store and they were always excellent. We take these as they are great of replacing the good 'friendly' bacteria in the digestive system, especially when you are taking antibiotics, and to treat thrush caused by steroid tablets (always check all this with your doctor of course). One thing is that I couldn't see the full ingredient list, and has we have allergies, I needed to know if they had any traces of nuts or seeds in them, and my question I posted wasn't answered, so I bought them and took photos of all sides of the bottle to help others to see exactly what is in them.

I use this to make soymilk yogurt at home. 1 quart soymilk + 5 or 6 capsules and into the dehydrator overnight, just like THE CHINA STUDY COOKBOOK says to do. I eat a lot of yogurt, mostly soymilk rather than dairy milk based and it is expensive to buy.

I like this acidophilus supplement. It helps my intestinal normal flora. Better than eating too much yogurt.
