Forward notebook, premium combination slot lock, bulk

This is fantastic. I have another brand of security lock on my iMac, and I lost the key. It's still there in the iMac (and will be forever I think) and I had to unscrew the table leg to get the iMac to move apartments. I now have another chain and lock attached to the end loop of wire that came of the table leg.From this experience I will NEVER again buy clock that is not a combination lock. This lock is ideal for protecting my laptop at work. I am going to buy another for my printer. It is easy to program; and it comes with different adhesive O rings so that you get the perfect fit with every appliance. The lock appears to be robust, and the chain is as strong as others on the market.

If you own a laptop in the HP ENVY series, and maybe any HP laptop, don't buy this.It does not open enough inside to lock and allow you to scramble the digits, so for me it's now just an expensive piece of cable with a weight on the end.In any case, it hangs so loosely on the laptop even if it did lock I'm sure someone could take it off with less fuss than it takes to open a jar of pasta sauce.

I like it but - it does not fit my Levono Yeti Ideapad 500. It's a good design and easy to use, but the mechanism just will not lock inside the securing hole of the Levono, so had to retrun it to Amazon. if it had fitted, it would be fine.

The right level of security at an amazing price. I don't see any reason to pay more for a named brand. It prevents a determined thief from taking your laptop... perfect if you want to pop out for a coffee or leave in the office over night.

Absolutely fabulous! I tried these for my shop display because I was sick getting keys mixed up on my previous Kensington locks. Works well, easy to change the combo. Very long cable so that I can secure display laptops round the fixture.

Rubbish! I followed the instructions and installed this item correctly into my laptop. I then thought I'd test it. I scrambled the combination code then without much force at all, it just pulled out at an angle! Then, would you believe it, the code to unlock it has mysteriously changed! Thankfully the product/seller is fulfilled by Amazon and the refund process is straightforward.

Very happy with this lock. I use it daily with my work laptop. The combination lock makes it very convenient.
