very useful for developing hand strength

Buy and dog and play bounce with these. You’ll have no stress
I use these for my dog and she loves them as they are so bouncy!! So not so much stress balls as joyful balls in this house.If you think about it bouncing them around outside with your dog will be much better for your health and stress than squeezing them, so I say think different about the whole issue. Buy a dog. Play ball.
